Do NOT use. They send random people to clean your house with their own equipment. My daughter got a terrible rash from an old vacuum one of the ladies used. Had to take her to the doctors as it would not go away for days. Not to mention their mops smell terrible. And having different people show up to clean your home is super sketchy. I was asked to write a 5 star review after the first initial cleaning for an exchange of adding wall cleaning as a "thank you" (which never happened). Hence, why you probably see a lot of 5 star reviews. Again, great customer service on the front end but not a reliable company overall. read more

We didn't have a good experience with the cleaning lady you sent, she didn't look like someone that clean houses, no one provided us more details on who was coming, had no supplies, and wasn't someone with experience. We are very dissatisfied with the service overall. We tried to reach out to you several times (over 7 phone calls) and no one ever answered until around 2-3 hours later. The lady that came was didn't bring anything because she had a personal issue and just didn't wanted to lose the job. She didn't do anything when i sent my family member to the house and check who she was she was sitting down talking on the phone she wasn't doing anything. We expect not to be charged for such a bad service, our hopes were high and we were ok with paying an additional fee for last minute service, but she didn't do anything, rooms where not done and bathrooms either the kitchen looked the same and the windows were not clean properly. Maybe my expectations are too high!!! So, the company came out several weeks ago and did a horrible job. I was compensated with a free 2 hour cleaning. I made an appointment and was given a date and a 2 hour window of time that the cleaner would arrive to my home but, the person came 45 minutes after the window of time. For starters one person was sent to clean my downstairs only. He was very timid and made me feel a little uncomfortable. I truly believe outside of our encounter, he is a nice respectful young man. Anywho, today's cleaning was just okay. It was equivalent to telling my grandson to clean up the kitchen, living room and bathroom and it would be good enough because it is better than me having to do it with a torn rotator cuff. I hired Maid in Heaven last week for house cleaning and carpet and upholstery cleaning! They were timely and did a beautiful job! I can't afford to hire them on a regular basis but if I could, I would! The gentleman who completed the carpet and upholstery cleaning, Jay was phenomenal. I have been using them for 1 year now and they have been great. Cleaners always listen to what I need cleaned, come on time, and the house smells great! They are reasonably priced as well, I did a quote with two other services and they came in the most economical. I usually have them do bathrooms (sinks, toilets, tubs), kitchen (microwave, sink, stove), all floors (vacuum, sweep, mop) I don't have them do shelves because or couches on the regular, only when I need it. During the first deep clean they did baseboards and blinds. If you like a certain cleaner make sure to always request them. read more

Maid in Heaven through a series of straight-to-the-point questions were able to provide an over the phone range for price quote (unlike other companies I inquired with that had to require an on-site assessment first before providing a quote). Even though I called on short notice, Jennifer from Maid in Heaven did everything she could to accommodate my date/time request, which I really appreciated. It seems I'm an outlier judging from other reviews, but my experience with Maid in Heaven (or whatever name they're going by, depending on the day) was less-than-satisfactory. At first I was impressed. Sarah responded to my inquiry for a quote promptly and was very friendly. I didn't love that she routinely employs the phrase "God bless you" because I prefer professional interactions to be secular, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. I was given a fair quote to clean my 4 bedroom home as well as an immediate appointment. Things devolved from there. I never received a confirmation as the day approached, so I reached out. Sarah sounded flustered and confused, then admitted that my information had somehow been "deleted out of the system." I had to provide my contact information all over again, which was inconvenient, but still not a dealbreaker. Then I asked for confirmation of the quote and Sarah named a price higher than the initial quote. I reminded her of the exact figure we agreed upon, which she acquiesced to. On the appointed day, the cleaner contacted me asking to come hours early, which wasn't convenient. She also identified herself as being with another cleaning service entirely which threw me; she clarified that her service and Maid in Heaven "work together." It was odd, but again - not in itself a dealbreaker. When she arrived, the cleaner was friendly, thorough and efficient. I was pleased. I scheduled a follow-up appointment in two weeks, at which time a different cleaner arrived. This individual reeked of cigarette smoke and seemed vacant from the moment she stepped in the door. After two+ hours, she approached me and said she couldn't finish the job because she needed to "pick up my check before the office closes." I was gobsmacked at the lack of professionalism. She had literally only cleaned one bedroom and two bathrooms. The kitchen was still untouched, as were the living room and family room. I balked, naturally. I explained I wouldn't be paying for full price for a half-done home. She called Sarah and had a murmured conversation in front of me as they tried to determine what to charge me. As we had guests arriving the next day, I implored her to at least clean my kitchen, which she did reluctantly. After she took her premature leave, I realized she had failed to clean the microwave and stove, as well as not bothered to dispose of piles she swept up. It was an unmitigated disaster and I spent that evening finishing the job. I did receive a call from Sarah asking if she could send someone else to finish the job another day, but the dye was cast for me. From the communication issues and disorganization to a cleaner who wasted my time, I can't recommend this service. read more

I've had this cleaning service for a little over 3 months. My first scheduled visit was a deep cleaning in our bathroom because of a main drain stop up. I decided to keep them on for bathrooms since we have a house full of people who don't have time to clean. Praise Jesus for this company and their stellar employees because as much as I love clean spaces, my family and I are clutter bugs. I was skeptical about pristine five-star reviews for a cleaning service, but not only was Sarah's communication exemplary from the get-go, but the actual cleaning was done well too. I needed a move-out cleaning for a house we were renting and I sensed that the property manager would be a stickler. I was almost tempted to throw in the towel and have the property manager's cleaners do the cleaning because I knew that if he wasn't happy with whoever I chose, I'd end up paying double. I ended up going with Maid in Heaven after reading the reviews and like I said, Sarah was very responsive, eager to please, friendly and answered my barrage of questions. In the end, when I did the walkthrough with the property manager, he was impressed and you could tell that he was eyeballing every inch of the house to find something wrong, but couldn't.
