He called me ahead of time to make sure we were both on the same page with what type of music I would like and how the flow of the event was to proceed. He gave us plenty of time for speeches and was extremely respectful. He requested a playlist ahead of time and played the entire collection. He also took spontaneous requests! Including the San Diego charger song and the hamster dance! It was a Hawaiian themed celebration, and he came dressed in a Hawaiian shirt as requested. We also hired his photo booth services. He worked with me to create a photo border that was appropriate for the event. He brought along Nate, his photo booth operator, who was also a lot of fun! Nate encouraged our guests to use the Photo Booth and props. Nate honestly never stopped smiling! He even came out on the dance floor when requested to dance with the party people! What sets him and Nick apart from the rest are their "human" perspective to delivering stellar service. It's no surprise that the wedding industry at large can feel cold and for massive profit. Crew at Party People were constantly going above and beyond to deliver a great product and service and did it without nickel and dimeing every single detail. Speaking with Jeremy on logistics was so refreshing in this way. He constantly provided reccomendations from his industry experience but never pushed too hard on the upsell. We were planning a wedding in a relatively short amount of time and appreciated the timeliness in their responses. Dj Jesse was friendly, professional and it was clear he is an expert in his craft. I appreciated that he was accessible, and highly responsive. During the calls, he was thorough , while politely moving the conversation along, ensuring our calls were productive. When asked for an opinion, he gracefully presented options providing objective pros and cons, while ultimately empowering us to decide. On the day of, Jesse arrived promptly and was ready to go well in advance, which was much appreciated. DJ Jesse was very confident in his ability to keep the energy up and he did a great job navigating our small, but diverse group, playing music in English and Spanish. The transitions were seamless and everyone had an opportunity to show off their dance moves with the music they liked.
