I called Wanda and she was very professional on the phone, she provided details on the levels of service from deep cleans to routine maintenance , as well as custom time management options. She was very easy to communicate with and coordinate to be added to her schedule. During the call we talked about the house, types of service levels, fees, and made arrangements for the first visit She followed up and confirmed the appointment and gave me the name of the service call lead, Tracy. Tracy arrived at the scheduled time, she asked for a quick tour, we discussed the level of cleaning for the first appointment and what services would be in each room, e.g blinds, windows, vacuum, sweep, mop, dust etc. She was very accommodating as we tailored a few of the rooms based on our usage and needs. Tracy began and did an outstanding job, very professional and excellent time management. Overall I really encourage you to consider Perfectly Maids for your needs, good management and execution of services. Juliane and Jenny are amazing! They are positive, polite, trustworthy, and thorough. If there's anything they aren't certain about, they make sure to ask me so that they get it exactly how I want it. I cannot express how thankful I am when I see them dusting, cleaning ceiling fans, scrubbing the shower doors (which I call the shower doors from hell because of our hard water), and making everything sparkle. Scratched the stainless steel of my new stove, rubbed so hard on stove top that the power light was depressed, scratched my new vinyl flooring, dented my bedroom door, missed many areas, scuffed the floor in 2 separate rooms. Left many areas partially cleaned. Before the job was done, had another person stop by and ask for a check. Management never bothered to contact me to ask about job performance; as a matter of fact, management has never contacted me to check on job performance. Once I brought these issues to Wanda, the owner, she would not respond causing me to contact BBB. Her response to BBB was denial and lies. We are now in the process of contacting our attorney and fill follow through legal channels since the owner is uncooperative. read more

I normally don't do reviews but I felt that this was needed, they did an amazing job on my home. From the bathrooms to the baseboards and everything in between they cleaned it to perfection. Tracy and David with PMT have been cleaning our home for a while now. We went through a few prior cleaning services and they didn't do very good job. Tracy and David come every two weeks and do a terrific job keeping our newly built home tip-top. They're very courteous, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I ask them questions all the time on how we could better maintain our home's appearance/appeal and they always have the right answers. I've never met Wanda, but we text back and forth about appointment confirmations, arrival times, etc. and she gets all my checks. :-) All in all, this team is great at what they do. Pro: Cat was lovely and personable. Issues: She was about an hour late for our 9:45 appointment. I did receive a text 5 minutes before our appointment that she was running behind and would show closer to 10:15. She didn't show up until 10:40. Aside from one minor cleaning thing I noticed after she left, my only real issue is with the owner. Cat was cleaning for 1 hour 15 minutes. When we called Wanda for a final price, I rounded up to 1 hour 20 minutes due to Cat still loading her car and having to wait for us to speak to Wanda. Cat completed less than Wanda and I had agreed upon. The reason was because there was not enough time since Cat was late and I now needed to run to work. When I told this to Wanda, along with her time spent here, Wanda said "Okay, I'll only charge you for 1 hour 30 minutes"... What?! Cat was late, did less than we needed because she was running behind, AND she was only here for 1 hour 20 minutes (cleaning 1 hour 15 minutes) and you're "only" going to charge me for 1 hour 30 minutes? That makes no sense. Even at that, the price made no sense. They charge $40 an hour but charged me $65 for 1 hour 30 minutes. $60 is 1 hour 30 minutes. Regardless, I should have been charged no more than $55 for 1 hour 20 minutes. I did text my feedback to Wanda, with no reply. read more

I can't say enough about this cleaning service! Wanda is wonderful about responding to calls, questions or concerns. Tracy and David cleaned my home for the first time today. They are heads above the previous service I tried. I'm very picky about cleaning - due to my time in the military! They did an awesome job, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen (my biggest concerns). Tracy even advised me about my vacuum not working efficiently - as a Dyson should. The only 'nit' is that they are a bit expensive, but you truly do get what you pay for. And they were really worth every penny! I'll definitely be using them again. read more

Came on short notice same day for a move out cleaning. A little issue came up but owner came by personally to take care of it. Both the owner and the first woman who came to clean where extremely polite and professional. They're very reliable and timely. I would defiantly recommend their services. I used them for my first ever cleaning service. They were on time and friendly! They did an aboslutely amazing job on my bathrooms and bedrooms. The first service is usually longer than 3hrs for obvious reasons but I only budgeted for the 3 even though my house needed probably 6 so they cleaned what they could in that amount of time. I will definately be calling them back for another cleaning. I was nervous that hiring a service like this wouldn't be worth it but boy was I wrong. Their cleaning was so thorough in areas i saw a bathtub I didn't even know could exsist in my home! lol Erika and Courtney were an absolute charm to work with. They cleaned around my 17month old who was absolutely everywhere and they did it all with is smile. BEWARE!! Being forced to consider Small Claims Court against the owner for refusing to pay for damage caused by one of her maids. We have a newly renovated kitchen which had a brand new stainless steel stove installed shortly before hiring this company. The maid used a Mr. Clean eraser on the surface scratching our brand new stove. Not only was it scratched but she also pressed so hard that she pressed in the power light so it is now recessed under the panel. The owner refused to accept responsibility even though pictures were sent to her showing her the damage. Also, while pulling vacuum through the house, the maid banged into the door frame chipping the wood. Trash was left in one of the bedrooms. And a supervisor showed up unannounced asking for payment before the work was even done! Very unprofessional! Poor management. There were also scuff marks and scratches on our newly laid floors. We tried to work with the owner and just asked her to pay for the new panel on the stove and we would forego the other damage. She refused. Our attorney suggested we take her to Small Claims Court since she refuses to accept responsibility. So customer BEWARE. read more

These guys are good when they are on their game, but apparently Miko is allergic to cats? We've been using them for a few months and 2 now he has half ass cleaned the house because he has "allergies". Now in fairness I have 3 cats who love nothing more than to fling litter out of their cat box, occasionally one of them has an upset tummy or has an accident...I apparently missed the rule where you had to sweep the floors before the maid service comes out. I've explained over and over that I travel A LOT and on weeks that it's just my husband at home it will be messier than weeks when I am home. It seems to fall on deaf ears. Today instead of doing my whole house Miko did a half assed job on the kitchen, dining room, living room and floors in the main area. A few calls later, being up front just like I was with Wanda I found a new company to come out tomorrow and do the house right. IMHO for what they do they are priced too high. I was paying about 200 for a bi weekly cleaning on 2600 sq ft of which they didn't touch 2 bedrooms or the upstairs. And lord have mercy their initial clean was between 400 and 500 I don't remember exactly but it was steep for what they did. Pros: they are reliable Cons: allergies keep them from doing their job leaving you with a half ass clean job and price. read more

When we hired this company to clean our house we did our research. They have great reviews and when we spoke to the manager she came across as a stand up person. However, things are not as they seem. First, the ladies that came to our home were very nice and did an ok job cleaning. They did ding our door ways with their equipment. They did scratch our floors with sliding equipment across our floors. They use "magic eraser" on surfaces that scratch easy and show scratches. They are suppose to be trained right??? They should know (simply google search) that "magic eraser" can not be used on certain surfaces. They are a company specializing in cleaning, yet they know little to nothing about what they are using to clean with and how it effects the surfaces. We did contact the manager about the damages and they company has refused to stand by their employees mistakes and fix them. Instead they don't reply or respond. I see all these 5 star reviews but felt it important that people know this company will not fix their employees mistakes. Stay away from them, far away. read more

1st time to use this company. I really liked the initial consultation with the owner. Both Mandy and Erika did a great job in my home. I also like that I can personalize their services depending on my needs. If I had to say one small thing about details, it would be about the mopping in the kitchen. My kitchen is the highest traffic area in my home so the floors naturally need more attention. The products used didn't do a very thorough job.
