They really kept me on task/gave direction when I needed to sift through things which was incredibly helpful. Otherwise when I had to work or was busy with my kids they never seem to waste a minute. Moving with two toddlers was completely overwhelming, but they unpacked and got us organized in the new house in just two days. I called them back to organize the garage I'd managed to stuff full with overflow and in just a day they had it all perfectly purged, sorted and stacked. They showed up on-time and worked without stopping aside from a short lunch break (which was always fun getting to chat with them) -which was quite impressive given the slog I put them through. Brandy was instrumental in really showcasing the house and also watching our for our pocketbook!! Over the next few years we would upgrade different sections of the house which culminated with a state of the art smart home theater! How much did we enjoy working with Brandy? We moved to AZ, where we employed her again.! Showing her pictures of the house, we could decide on the theme, colors, etc. We brought her out for a few days for some decorating after having the interior painted. We did the same thing... after the initial design we have been remodeling portions of the house making it more modern, carrying on a largely coastal vibe. We've been doing this over live video chats as we showed her samples of slabs, different colors and so on! We are thrilled with the outcome. I surprised my husband with a closet makeover for his home office! Like most people, we are using…read morea bedroom for a home office. The bedroom closet is set up to hang clothes. The closet had so much stuff in it you couldn't even walk into it. We had Elizabeth from Clositivity out to look the closet. She immediately set to work on 5 possible options for us. One of them was perfect and we decided to go ahead and commit to it. We chose a "hanging" shelf system. It sits 18" off the floor and is secured by special steel bands. There's still room on the floor under the unit to store larger items and it's easy to walk in the closet with the unit off the floor. The turn around time was quick, and before we knew it Terry & his crew were at the door ready to demo and install. All we needed to provide was paint for the areas that were patched up. It turned out amazing! After they left we kept going into the office to stare at it. The quality and workmanship is superb. We should have done this years ago. We have Elizabeth coming out again this week to check out the master bedroom closet. We feel the added value to our home is an extra benefit over and above the benefit that comes from a significant amount of extra storage.

I call myself a mini hoarder, especially when it comes to fabrics and crafts, and she was so patient and non-judgmental towards me. It's very reassuring as well to know that she has so many years of experience working with other adults with ADHD. She snuck in some helpful gems of how to stay organized as we were working through our 3 hours without me really realizing it, but that info sunk in. Only a day after working with her, I found myself looking at a few lamps in that and another room and thinking, "I can donate those - I can let them and tons of other things like those go, and it will make my life much easier and less stressful to let them go. Moving is normally so stressful and overwhelming but having Moxie here was the magic cure for that! (The other major component was using Heavenly Moving to do a full service move that included packing- highly recommend!) The Moxie team had EVERYTHING out of boxes with the cardboard broken down and packing paper all bagged up when they were done. They left me with a beautifully organized home, including all the drawers, cabinets, closets, even the "junk" drawer (which is too nice to even be called a junk drawer now lol) and the peg board in the garage! If I had tried to do the unpacking myself it would have taken months, it wouldn't have been completed so nicely, and there are things that would have probably never gotten done at all.
