In the food industry your facial hair should not exceed 1/2 to 1/4 inches. Facial hair beyond that length needs to be retrained in a beard net. Restaurants typically have a clean shaven policy and I was very grossed out that there wasn't one in place for this restaurant. Regulations generally require that facial hair be neatly trimmed, and groomed to prevent contamination. The owner really needs to do something about this, I can't imagine I'm the only person who this kid has served who has thought this. I might consider coming back but I will request another server after some time.
