AMAZING! WOW! I am so glad I found Bridget! I ordered 5 dozens cupcakes, a dozen of rice crispy treats, a dozen of pretzels sticks, and a dozen cake pops! Wow was it a hit at the baby shower! So many guests asked where I got the desserts from. The cupcakes were extremely fluffy, fresh and moist! Literally the best cupcakes I ever had! Bridget was very easy to communicate with and she took the time to listen to how I wanted the desserts. I was able to customize the desserts how I wanted them. Contacted Bridget via email at first and didn't get a response but immediately got a response when I left her a voicemail and she immediately texted me back which was great. I wanted to send my friends living in the Sacramento area something for their birthday since we're in this pandemic and I can't visit them, I was looking for small businesses that I can support and deliver some birthday cupcakes! I stumbled upon Busy Bees Cupcakery on yelp and I'm so glad I did! Bridget was super attentive and she listed to all of my requests. I went with half dozen cupcakes & half dozen cake pops! She also delivers them herself which is awesome. Overall, everything worked out well. I gave her the address and a contact info for the receiving end. I specifically ordered cupcakes for their vegan options. We ordered 3 different flavors and all were amazing! Vegan baked goods are often dry and dense- or the frosting just takes like oil. I needed vegan cupcakes for my son's birthday to share with his daycare. I contacted Bridget the day of, and although she had a big event to do, she was still able to squeeze in our order! Mind you, this is the week before Christmas so I know things can be hectic. She was actually able to get the cupcakes done same day and even offered the option of dropping them off to me/his daycare or having us pick them up. Bridget is amazing- she did my daughters birthday cake during the Christmas holidays in 2021 and was super flexible, kind, and most importantly her cupcakes were delicious! We ordered extra and nothing was left over! Since I was very confused on what color to have the main cupcakes, Bridget went above and beyond and made the special cupcakes for my daughter to place her candles on in four different colors! This review is long over due. My son, who's 30th birthday was coming up, lives near Sacramento, while I was living overseas, making it quite difficult to make this milestone birthday a big deal. In my usual fashion, I waited until just about as close to the birthday as possible to try to figure out how to let him know this birthday is a big deal. Enter Busy Bee Cupcakery. I contacted them by email and explained my situation. Bridget was a delight to work with! We chatted back and forth about cupcakes, and birthdays and family. She was great! Someone had them delivered to a party and they were so good! We had chocolate and vanilla cupcakes and I thought the vanilla was a clear winner, but both were delicious. They were so good that people were sneaking up for seconds and thirds. Restaurants typically have a clean shaven policy and I was very grossed out that there wasn't one in place for this restaurant. Regulations generally require that facial hair be neatly trimmed, and groomed to prevent contamination. The owner really needs to do something about this, I can't imagine I'm the only person who this kid has served who has thought this. Overall I probably would stick with the burgers instead as I heard they're pretty solid. The Beast Fries remind me almost of a "better" version of Animal Style In n Out Fries. The pickles, cheese, caramelized onions, and ketchup sauce was unique and refreshing. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of krinkle cut fries BUT these were very crispy and spiced well. To be honest, it didn't really feel that greasy which made it easier to keep eating. I was somewhat disappointed with the portion of the separate order of Beast Fries as the menu picture was quite larger than the actual size. Overall I would still get the Beast fries again but I would recommend updating it to the larger size or even offering a "large" side of the Beast fries. To wrap this up, I think Mr Beast Burger has a lot of potential to be one of the top fast food chains in the US but it has a lot of improvement to be made before it gets there. That's because Busy Bees CUPCAKERY makes cupcakes, cake pops etc, not CAKES or WEDDING CAKES. I am only pointing this out because it sadens me, as a business owner myself, see her review status drop because of a negative review about something that is not even on the Busy Bee's menu. That would be like writing a negative review on a "beer bar" because they didn't sell hard alcohol. Keep the reviews light and fare. The chef customized the cake just for us. We had the carrot cake and it was so delicious, moist and not too sweet. I just loved them. We also used Busy Bees Cupcakery for our Cookie Buffet. All of the cookies were super fresh and tasted amazing. We had personalized biscotti and mini black and white cookies.
