My husband and I really wanted to find vegan cupcakes for my son's daycare as the family who runs it are vegan due to religious beliefs. I needed vegan cupcakes for my son's birthday to share with his daycare. I contacted Bridget the day of, and although she had a big event to do, she was still able to squeeze in our order! Mind you, this is the week before Christmas so I know things can be hectic.
