My son, who is a fan of Mr. Beast's YouTube channel, asked if we could order lunch from this new venture. After researching it a little, and realizing it's part of this current trend of "ghost kitchens" that operate out of existing restaurants, I thought "why not"? I downloaded the Mr Beast's Burger app, and attempted to order through it, but it wouldn't allow an order to be submitted between 11:15am and 1:30pm for some reason, so I had to order through GrubHub. The "ASAP" delivery option indicated it was going to take over an hour and a half!! So we waited. And waited. And when the food came, we were not disappointed. The burgers are everything you'd want in a greasy fast food-style smash burger, even if they do charge extra for lettuce and condiments. Seasoned wrinkle fries don't quite translate well to delivery, but a quick spin in the microwave solved that. The loaded fries (beast style) were a fantastic splurge. So, my burger, the Beast Burger....was fine but tasted like an Ultimate Cheeseburger from J in the B. My wife had the Chicken Strip Sandwich and it was inedible. Third time ordering from here and the first two were great but today was the complete opposite. We ordered two Nashville sandwiches, a burger and the beast fries. Both Nashville sandwiches did not have any sauce or seasoning - we had to double check if we ordered the right thing or if it's just a chicken sandwich. The beast fries were sad and dry. Even two didnt make one regular meat patty. I paid extra for lettuce and surprise surprise was given a barbie doll sized handful of bagged shredded bullshit. Mr beast is a genius! He gets all these kids hooked on his YouTube channel and they won't stop bugging us to eat here. So even if their model isn't perfect we will still eat there. The problem I think is there is nowhere to eat it hot off the grill. Their hamburgers are really good even when they are almost cold when they get delivered. I would pass on their fries though because they are not good at all. On top of that everything is really expensive. Like I said though I will be back because my son loves this show. After learning from a 14 year old what a ghost kitchen was and yelping this place I admit I was skeptical after reading the reviews. This place was pretty good! Had little to no problems with our meal. Didn't get to try the fries since I forgot to order them, but oh well. I do agree with some that the burger patties can be dry, but as someone who always gets cheese on their burger, the cheese masked any type of dryness there could be, whereas in the burger my sister got that didn't have cheese, it was pretty dry. If you can't have cheese or don't like cheese on burgers, I'd probably recommend finding something like ranch or ketchup to go with it to make up for the dryness. Also it only comes with one of the cups with the Mr. Beast crew on it, so if you have multiple people who want the cup, they'll have to share. read more

I am subscribed to Mr. Beast's Youtube channel and have heard about his new restaurant chain. So I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Combo (with Beast Fries +1.80) as well as separate order of Beast Fries. The Chicken Sandwich was flavorful but somewhat dry. I did order the sandwich closer to closing time so that does play a factor in it. There was no mayo/sauce on my bun either which I am unaware if that's intentional or not. Overall I probably would stick with the burgers instead as I heard they're pretty solid. The Beast Fries remind me almost of a "better" version of Animal Style In n Out Fries. The pickles, cheese, caramelized onions, and ketchup sauce was unique and refreshing. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of krinkle cut fries BUT these were very crispy and spiced well. To be honest, it didn't really feel that greasy which made it easier to keep eating. I was somewhat disappointed with the portion of the separate order of Beast Fries as the menu picture was quite larger than the actual size. Overall I would still get the Beast fries again but I would recommend updating it to the larger size or even offering a "large" side of the Beast fries. To wrap this up, I think Mr Beast Burger has a lot of potential to be one of the top fast food chains in the US but it has a lot of improvement to be made before it gets there. Sadly the quality has not gone downhill but rather gone off a cliff with this restaurant. The first two orders we had were great. The latest was inedible. Never got my order. We ordered two combos and only one was delivered. We tried calling the restaurant and no one picked up the phone. This was my first time ordering from Mr beast and I ordered through doordash. I didn't quite understand on the menu when it said "crispy hamburgers" but I went ahead and ordered. It was the worst tasting thing I ever had in my life! The hamburgers are not only crispy, they are burnt and tough as heck and I received a bun with four burnt burgers covered with cheese. There was no lettuce or tomatoes or ketchup or anything, it was dry and I don't understand why people would purchase this. I also ordered the beast fries, which again I did not like. They had cold pickles on hot fries with some scattered mayonnaise and ketchup. All on crinkle cut frozen fries. It was not good at all. I gave half of my burger to my dogs and threw the fries away. On top of all that, I was supposed to receive free delivery. I even took a screenshot of the free delivery. I had to call customer service to try to get my delivery fee back and all they would do was credit me doordash credit. Well I will never be ordering from doordash again and therefore have lost the $5 delivery fee that was supposed to be free. All in all a very bad experience and a terrible lunch.
