You are always greeted with a smile and warm conversation. Now to the best part: the hair removal! I have thick, coarse dark hair which means laser was invented for people like me. He never showed me the products he used or amounts, nor did he ask if a using a SECOND syringe was ok. Also, have NEVER needed two syringes for the little tweaks I get. He literally does what ever he wants with how ever much product he wants. I asked for two things ..filler in middle of bottom lip for correction and eyebrow raise. He did neither. At the end he gave me a whopping bill for usage that was never Ok'd. When I followed up with him, he was arrogant and defensive and merely spoke about how long he's been "doing this". Also spoke about the importance of Trust, mind you we started the appt with him being dishonest. I told him I have NEVER had anyone use as much as they want without asking my budget, or even show me the products used to prove it! I made an appointment and I had arrived a little early. They took me right away and didn't make me wait. I received the pedicure first. They asked if I wanted to upgrade my pedicure to a spa one, which I declined. They didn't pressure me to upgrade, which was nice. Both my pedicure and manicure went smoothly . They don't have the hand and foot driers like other nail places have. My toe nails dried on their own as my nails were getting done and they used a hand fan to dry my fingernails. Overall, I'm satisfied with their work. It was very clean inside as well. I'd return again.
