One of my favorite places to work out. The main trainer, Narbeh, knows exactly what he's doing with his workouts and his nutrition. He and all the other trainers and instructors here imprint the perfect balance of motivation and training when teaching their classes. They'll push you to your limits so you feel the results, but not so much that the workouts aren't sustainable. Performance academy is also an excellent community. The trainers and the clients all push and cheer each other, making the process of getting in shape a much more pleasant experience. With fair prices and above average quality training, I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Love these classes. The trainers are all very well versed and work so hard to ensure I'm working out to the best of my ability. They have something for everyone and it's such a refreshing class compared to the normal mundane gym routine. They also have individualized meal plans and drinks for sale, both with very affordable pricing. It's really nice to be a part of a gym where the people there genuinely care about you. My favorite are the HIIT classes, but they also offer strength training, hikes, and recovery classes. I struggled for a long time trying to find a gym that worked for me. Ever since I joined Performance Academy, I can't go more than 2 days without working out. The classes offered are incomparable to any other classes I've taken. They have a great variety of exercises, good balance between cardio and strength, but most importantly they provide modifications for all levels of exercise.
