A Year In & Still Loving It - Best Boxing Gym in LA!…read more A year into my journey with Unified and I'm still hooked! This gym may be small, but it's huge on community, family, and support. From day one the Unified team has been invested in my growth, pushing me to be my best while making sure I'm always learning and improving. One of the biggest highlights? Unified introduced sparring sessions into their weekly schedule, which eventually led to a sparring exhibition where I stepped into the ring and showed off my skills --an experience that gave me one of the most unforgettable and proudest moments of my life. The progress I've made here has been incredible, and I'm beyond grateful for the team and family I've built at Unified. If you've ever been curious about boxing or want to try something new, this is the best place in L.A. to do it in a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. Whether you're a total beginner or looking to level up, Unified is where you want to be! "Pull Up To The Club!!!

The experience was amazing both coaches that were there that day were incredibly kind, encouraging, and super helpful. Good vibes all around! During our short stay in WeHo, my friend and I decided to give WOLA a try as…read morea fun activity to do together! We didn't notice the free intro class they have with Yelp, but we signed up for a session on ClassPass. This review is from the perspective of someone who's done light circuit-training. It was more difficult than I was used to, but not unbearably so! When I arrived, I was greeted by Craig, who warmly gave me a quick tour around the studio. The space itself is bright and clean, with a modern flair. There's a warm-up area up front, and then a darker room where the circuit-training happens. In the back, there are lockers and bathrooms. We took a 45-minute FIT class with Tiffany on a Tuesday morning. There were only 2 others in the class. The class consisted of a warm-up followed by 3 stations with 3 activities each that we looped through 3 times each. After circuit-training, we concluded with an ab workout on the mats, which was quite strenuous too (I had been expecting to just end with stretches). I also really appreciated how well-ventilated the room was - when we were wrapping up, there was extra air cooling the room, which made it very refreshing. Overall, the workout was well-organized and sufficiently challenging! Tiffany was upbeat, engaging, and full of positive energy, and she gave me and my friend guidance along the way with positioning and movements. She remembered our names and encouraged us every step along the way! We really enjoyed our WOLA experience, and we appreciate how helpful and motivational Tiffany was! As we left, they even gave my friend a balloon for her birthday :)
