I just wish I got more adjustments and help from some of the instructors. I told one of them it was only my 3rd class and she didn't give me any adjustments at all, so I wasn't sure if I was moving correctly. I did really love Kaitie though, she was welcoming to me my first time and helped adjust my body as needed and gave me tips. Overall, a decent place. Just wish I got some more attention as a beginner from the other instructors.

My experience was a nightmare of deceptive billing and a total lack of ethics. * Privacy Violation: The owner, Jamie, used her position at a local hospital to access my private medical records after I requested a medical pause for surgery. This is a massive breach of trust and privacy. * Billing Issues: They ignored my requests to pause my membership following emergency surgery and continued to charge my card $400/month. Even after canceling, they "lost" the paperwork and kept billing me. * Customer Service: While trainers Sarah and Zack are good, the management (Jamie and Kristie) is hostile, rude, and dishonest.
