I immediately noticed that the waiting room area was very clean & tidy, and the shop bays were well organized. We were greeted at the desk by a very friendly office manager, who took down all the necessary details very efficiently. Once the parts were delivered, he quickly replaced the failed part, and offered to perform needed system service for the cost of parts, since the engine was already dismantled at that level. I later called another shop and got an estimate for the exact same work at $1,200, which confirmed that their quote was on the very high side. I declined the work and went to pick up my car. I was told they did a minor cleaning of the brakes to reduce the noise, and I was charged a little over $100. Unfortunately, the brakes squeaked exactly the same as when I brought it in. I didn't make a big deal about that since the underlying issue wasn't addressed -- but when I got home, I noticed my hubcaps hadn't even been removed. That really made me question whether any work was actually performed at all. Between the high pricing, the ineffective "fix," and the suspicion that my car may have just sat in the shop while I still paid over $100, I will not be returning here. Any company that would charge for a service that wasn't actually performed, as well as allow their customer to drive an unsafe car, is one to avoid at all costs.
