We did due diligence and they printed off the VIN information which matched what we looked up as well. This dealership is on google with a 4.2 star reviews average so when we looked here on Yelp we were baffled by the 2.2 star. We almost didn't come out to look. Certainly happy that we did .... Thanks again to Alex and Gabriel!

Terrible experience Note to self August 4: ruin my life, my credit, and took my last from me…read moreselling me a bad blow engine I bought a 2018 Chrysler on 10 July Worst vehicle ever put me in my family life in jeopardy The very first day I had problems. The engine light came on less than 10 hours of driving the vehicle loss of cooling thank God I popped the hood and check. I will have below the engine due to low cooling. It had two bad cooling leak. On top of that when the engine light came on the vehicle start running roughly wouldn't stay running and wouldn't start up first start no more and the steering wheel start getting stuck at the 45 to 50 miles. Then then the second day I start the vehicle and start smoking real bad out the tail pipe And the sad part about it. I only had the vehicle for 25 days minus the first week they had a vehicle for a week then the second week I didn't drive it so basically two weeks I didn't drive the vehicle one week. They had a vehicle and the second week. I didn't drive the vehicle I had it. It put me in my life Family in danger, jeopardy especially my newborn very disappointing and haven't fixed the problem yet. Basically drove vehicle for two weeks with problems. I think it could be a blown head gasket as well. Cost me $2000 worth of engine damages. And top of that I was still paying car insurance for four months cost me like $1400. So you do the math I took a total loss with a vehicle plus paying car note and that's cost me $1,960. Plus a $3,800 down payment. I forgot to post the other paperwork saying I was running off five cylinders. Instead of six

Jose Sanchez our salesman, made sure we had everything we needed through the ordering and pickup process. And David Rodriguez, who is the director, helped us add a few warranties that fit our budget. All in all we had a happy buying experience, and will give them our business again in the future.

In Spring 2024, I brought my 2017 Mustang GT to Elder Ford for an engine replacement. From the…read morebeginning, the woman handling my maintenance was incredibly condescending and repeatedly implied I had blown the engine by driving recklessly. She kept comparing me to her teenage sons with sports cars and acted as though I was lying whenever I explained that I do not drive like that. The reality is simple: the car was already 7 years old and had two previous owners before me. It was far more likely that prior abuse caused the damage and it just happened to fail during my ownership. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. The replacement engine cost around $13,000, and I was repeatedly told it came with a warranty. After getting the car back -- and having to immediately return because the starter had been wired incorrectly -- I noticed they had placed a sticker on my windshield telling me to bring the car back by a certain date. Naturally, I assumed this might be related to maintaining the warranty on the new engine. When the date approached, I called to ask what the sticker meant. Nobody at the dealership had any idea what I was talking about. I was told to bring the car in, and even after seeing the sticker themselves, nobody recognized it. They eventually sent me to their partner maintenance shop across the street, where once again nobody recognized the sticker THEY had put on my car. After waiting forever, they finally inspected the car and told me it "needed" an oil change. Since the engine was brand new, I assumed this either had something to do with the engine break-in period or the warranty requirements, so I reluctantly agreed. Only after paying did they casually explain that the sticker simply meant it was time for a routine oil change. In other words, they had effectively talked me into an oil change I did not actually need. To make matters worse, they slapped another identical sticker on my windshield afterward, which I immediately tore off and threw out. I was able to pay using reward points I had earned from the engine replacement, but they were wasted because they could have gone toward actual future maintenance. The people I dealt with at this dealership were condescending, disorganized, and unbelievably incompetent. Do not give this place your business.

Despite clear financial red flags, dealership staff allowed her to become the primary signer/co-signer on an approximately $82,000 vehicle obligation while the borrower already had existing delinquency issues tied to another Toyota account. At the time this transaction occurred: * there were already payment problems on a previous Toyota loan, * multiple delinquency notices existed, * and my elderly mother had very limited understanding of the English-language financing documents she was signing. We are deeply concerned that: * no meaningful language accommodation was provided, * the financial risks were not adequately explained, * and the dealership prioritized closing a sale over protecting a vulnerable elderly consumer. The monthly payment exceeded what is realistically sustainable for someone living on fixed Social Security income. The employees involved in this transaction included: * Andres Fernandez - Salesperson * Javier Bascomp Torres - Sales Manager * Erika Leivas Chongo - Finance Manager Families with elderly non-English-speaking parents should proceed with extreme caution before signing anything at this dealership. What occurred here raises serious ethical concerns regarding predatory sales practices and possible elder financial exploitation.
