I only recently found out that Enterprise also sold cars. However, these comments and realities are to praise their local management and to rent a car during my 4+ weeks of replacing my vehicle. First off, the Manager, a young guy named Chris could not have been more professional, more prepared, and most importantly, he understood how I was feeling about the loss of my car and, he made it very clear that he would work with me even if I needed a rental after my insurance coverage ended. Based on what I have written here, I would give him and his team 10 stars instead of a measly 5 stars!!!! They brought me a car to the body shop. It was fast and simple to take care of our business. It was painless! It was a very nice Camry which handled all of my travels over the next 30 + days. My boyfriend got a nice looking dodge challenger (gray with black stripes) from here. Ashley helped him and was nice. We went home and while we're parked sitting in the Challenger it starts to shake really bad. It happened twice. We decided for the high payments it was not worth it. We decided to return the car within the 7 day return policy. My boyfriend said everyone looked upset and Ashley didn't even look his way (of course) and The "manager" or "manger in training" had an attitude and was clearly bothered that my boyfriend brought the car back (oh well). They take $200 for whatever "fees" but hey it's better than being stuck with a nice looking car that obviously has some type of issues, and by the way they acted afterward they clearly only care about making a sale. You didn't get us though! It's been two weeks since we returned the car and we still haven't received a refund!! You guys are scammers for sure! We called multiple times and no one knows where our money is! We were told it was going to be back in the card 2-3 days then someone said 1 week then two weeks then it was going to be a mailed check and they were gonna give a tracking number...then nope it's going back in the card! Wth???!!!!! Very unprofessional!!! You guys did this on purpose!!! Why does it take two weeks to get a refund?? You said the refund was being processed the same day that we returned the car!! It's been two weeks and 1 day what's going on??? This seems like it's been done on purpose!! All because we returned a car that obviously had problems !So we return it and you guys did this on purpose! Another thing is they said they don't offer a refund receipt really? I wonder why SCAM!!! I found a car I really liked and was taken to the finance Dept... they said that I couldn't use ALLY Financial where my previous car was financed... THEY LIED saying that they could not use ALLY Financial. I had to use THEIR BANK...SO instead of 36 months of payments I would have 72 months!!! C R A Z Y and the amount was MORE. The guys at the rental agency recommended I talk to a salesman named Josh. They even sent him an email to call me. Wow! I went on line at Josh's suggestion, looked over their inventory, found exactly the car I wanted. Next day dropped off the financial paperwork. And within a week I had my car. No Hassel. No negotiating. I had done my homework and the price and milage was an excellent deal. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with the ease of this car purchase was. I have driven past this location on Hillsborough Avenue too many times to count. I knew it was a rental car agency but I never saw the sale sign. Being in the market for a new car just for fun I stopped in to see what was available not expecting much return for my time. Boy was I mistaken. Salesman named Christopher came and was helping me and has continued to help me. I sat down with him and told them exactly what I want it down to two colors that were acceptable, bells and whistles, driving features etc.. he wrote it all down and kept referring to it and got to know me very well personally. This salesman is extraordinary he has gone out of his way to find vehicles for me. I would never have thought of and they were perfect for me. This all came from the fact that he listened to what I was saying and was so knowledgeable about Car he could match them together to come up with what he thought would be my next best car. I would have never considered this as a shopping experience for a new or gently used car. I've been greatly surprised at the quality of cars that I have driven they are in great condition, has low mileage, and the sticker price is much much lower than you would find at a dealership. I cannot emphasize enough what a great car shopping experience this has been and it's not over yet. I never in my wildest dreams would have considered buying a rental car in I'm totally surprised by the versatility and condition of the vehicles that I have looked at. I have to give it up for my salesman Christopher who is much much more than a salesman he studys, his client and matches them with vehicles vehicles.
