I was not expecting weeks later to be hit with a $100 bill. Terrible billing practice -- co pay & coverage should ALWAYS BE DISCLOSED. If I ever needed to go there again, I would insist on knowing coverage prior to any visit and have it in writing, and demand they allow me to pay my co-pay up front.

They are all so wonderful and knowledgable. My entire session is filled with princess exercises (and the frequent jocks that come in and put mine to shame lol), massages or ((UGH)) ice therapy. There is also a wandering Dopey pez that I have yet to find. I leave there feeling like I deserve my ice cream cone. Hopefully I won't need therapy again in my whole life, but if I do, I will definitely come back to this place!

The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and focused on doing good things. They want to see people heal and get better and have the best outcomes possible with their stays. Don't believe all of these negative posts, take the opportunity to visit them in person and see and feel it with your own eyes. This is the place you would want your family member to be for nursing care. If you don't believe me, look at their current ratings with CMS Nursing home compare...

They left patients sitting in their own pee and poop for almost an hour while they stood around the nurse station just talking. People's clothes go missing and when it's brought up nothing is done to help find and return the missing clothes when if they have the name and room number on the clothes!! My treatment was a 60min deep tissue massage & she even worked in cupping (which I'd never done). Mid massage I was able to utter out," I wish I would have found you months ago." It took me three weeks to be seen and it was well worth the wait. When i asked more about it I heard the woman's voice change and get annoyed. When i arrived the woman got upset at me for not having the right paperwork. I thought the scheduler was referring to the online paperwork which i had completed. It was a simple misunderstanding but she made me feel awful about it. Repeating in an angry voice "i told you to bring it" "that's why i told you to bring all the paperwork". I have cripplingly bad appointment anxiety and ended up unable to relax during my appointment. I have a limited number of massage appointments so it really feels like it was a complete waste as i went to the chiro after and my body was in much worse condition than before my massage appointment. I'm not 100% sure but i think the woman i had this experience with was laura the owner. When i got home, i double checked all of my paperwork and it turns out I really never got a physical copy of the paperwork from my doctor that she was irritated about. I switched massage places, because i knew i would never be able to feel safe in this place. The receptionist lady at my new place was much clearer without me asking her further or getting irritated with me. I think this place lacks a designated professional receptionist that knows how to be kind, patient, and understanding to patients.

The staff is patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in their care. I am currently undergoing PT for an overuse injury of my shoulder and within two weeks my pain has been reduced by 50% and my range of motion is dramatically improved. I had extended PT after suffering a subarachnoid hemorrhage in 2012 and the care I received at NSPT was second to none. The care I needed was quite different from what I had needed in the past for running injuries. They not only helped me with my deficits I suffered as a result of the brain hemorrhage, they were patient and understanding with my mental and emotional issues as well.
