Fast forward to this week (2024) - we've had 3 quotes because of what appears to be crap work by Arrowhead. We just found out we still have old tracks (not replaced), builder-grade rollers, old twisted cable that is clearly frayed - the only thing replaced was THE door. Gratefully, the door has given us warning by the noise it's been making. Further, the door that Arrowhead used has a manufacturer stamp of 2018, although our "replacement" work was done in 2022......meaning, either it was a door they had in the warehouse in stock for 4 yrs., or they got a deal really cheap from the manufacturer because it was old.
