On January 19th 2023. The spring to the garage door had broken with a vehicle trapped inside the garage, I called 'All Tech garage door repair' and they came out and told me to replace the spring would be $647.00 / and gets this "with 2 different discounts"! Reluctantly, I agreed "I had to get the vehicle out of the garage!!" Come to find out I was overcharged $200.00 according to another Garage door repair co. in the area. This is strange, I called "All tech garage door repair services" and my VISA bill came back as paying $647.00 to "SQ. Door Genie LLC Dewey Az" WHO ARE THEY? Gets even stranger, 'I never got a receipt'! I called 8 times and talked to somebody every time - I was asking for a receipt to at least be mailed or emailed to me 'for tax purposes', but they kept saying "oh okay, I'll give this to the business office or they would say "Okay, I'll contact the owner for you, he will send you a receipt or the invoice. Eric from All Tech was scheduled to arrive at 11:00 AM and arrived promptly. He listed the things that would make our garage door safe and secure and suggested my wife and I review it and choose which items we would like to have done. We selected all of the services and within 45 minutes the service was complete, tested and found to make everything on our automatic garage door in excellent operating condition. Absolute incompetence. We had Two 14 foot x 10 foot top of the line RV garage doors installed. The two keypads were reversed and we were told they would follow up after the first of the year and nothing. We started having an issue with one of the doors. I made an appointment for the repair and received a call past when they were supposed to be here. Rod tells me there is no one competent to repair the problem because Lance (the educated installer) quit and he only has two untrained people. He said he was busy and I should call someone else. I arranged for a replacement of the bottom seal of my garage door. Appointment set up for 2-4 on Friday. At 3:45 on Friday I contacted the company, told them no one had shown up, and was told they would call me right back. At 4:15 I received a call to tell me that they did not have the seal and they would have one by the coming Monday. We set up an appt. for Tuesday between 2-4. At 3:50 on Tuesday I called the co. and was again told that I would get a call back right away. At 4:10 I received a call to advise me that they did not receive the seal on Monday but would have it by later in the week and I could re-schedule. I told them to forget it as they don't even have the courtesy to call or text you if there is a problem. Too unreliable at this time for me to do business with. read more

We will never deal with this company again. We started with this company in 2006 and thought they were great. Three years ago we got new springs for our garage door which had a lifetime warranty. Last weekend they broke and we were unable to open the door manually to get our vehicles out of the garage. They advertise a 24 hour emergency service which we called. Three days later we still had not heard back. We called again when the office was open and after several hours still no call back. We had also sent am email on their emergency service site online. We finally had to call another company who got right out within an hour. We have still not heard back from this company. read more

He showed up on time, in fact,a little early. He worked quickly and got the job done much sooner than I expected. Gotta love this company! When I called regarding a weird noise the garage door was making, the scheduler made an appointment for a technician to come out the next day. (It was not an emergency.) They gave me a 2 hour window for his arrival and he showed up near the front end of it. Rod was pleasant, courteous, and professional. We ran the door through its cycle so he could see the glitch and hear the troublesome noise. He quickly diagnosed that it was not a malfunction, but an issue of aging equipment. He answered all my questions in terms I could understand, suggested Lift Master when it's time to replace the garage door opener, and pronounced "No charge" for the visit, even after I offered to pay for the service call!
