Been dealing with Comfort Pro for few years. Always for most part had very good service on all 3 of…read moreour units under contract. On Sunday, 2/8/26 during the extreme cold spell we experienced an issue with one of the units. Seemed that maybe Comfort Pro was having an issue for on-call tech. Tech showed up and checked our unit, advising that it was functioning properly and did readjust the gas valve, and departed. I had another HVAC company respond to check the unit. He said he smelled gas and found that gas line from gas valve to the line leading to the burners was leaking. I took picture of the fluid bubbling up after he sprayed it. Tech told me that the leak could have caused a terrible fire mishap, especially next to the burners. He corrected the issue and the furnace is presently back up to proper heating condition. He said the burners may not have been getting enough gas since it was leaking. We will be calling Comfort Pro on Monday! Should have techs better trained for these situations.

In January it was really cold, somewhere in the low 20's or less, one of my pipes froze and leaked. As I called a few companies, one even told me that if I was not a customer already, they would not do the job for me. Luckily, this company with such a horrible cold weather came in and did the job, as soon as possible and became my heroes for January. The job was done fast and the price for the repair was excellent. I am so happy, if only all companies worked this way. I will always use them for any plumbing need again. Best of the Best.

If he started his own business tomorrow, I'd be surprised if it had less than 5 stars. If he has to bring assistants, I'd recommend you supervise them. If you need fuel oil, go with Evans in Summit Hill as an alternative - they are cheaper.

Well, when the washer finally kicked the bucket, we knew it was time to just upgrade the pair of them. We called and spoke to them over the phone to let them know what we were looking for, went the same day to put down the deposit, they called that same day and said delivery would be the following day. They called within the timeframe to let us know they were on the way, got everything up and running and took the old ones away for us. They even gave us some pointers on the new equiment. Couldn't ask for better service. It's why shopping local is the way to go!

I scheduled mine and the guy told me I needed a new central AC system. Quoted me $13k. Wow. My AC compressor randomly stopped working after he left and the company said I didn't have enough r22 to power it. Sounded shady bc it was running when he was here. A month later, I decide to have a different HVAC company come take a look. They said my wires were disconnected outside and the ground wire was disconnected and it reset the breaker. The tech was obviously trying to get a commission off a new ac from me. I had to buy window units during that time just to get by in this heat. Wasted money that I don't have! The valve power head was replaced to complete 24 volt call back to unit. Test ran and verified proper operation of the unit. The technician was very knowledgeable, neat and professional. They charged me for a chimney cleaning and stove cleaning. I totally agree they cleaned the stove. However, I just took out my wood stove last week to be replaced with a gas stove and it was very apparent to all that the chimney was never cleaned. And No, the stove was not used after it was cleaned. I went away on vacation to New Mexico after that cleaning and came back to warmer weather in March so I wasn't messing with that stove. I have 2 chords of wood left to prove that, lol. So I call Wellers and was called a liar. They refused to rectify the situation. Even when I mentioned I would just like the chimney cleaned correctly so it wasn't dripping creosote down my brick hearth. Wasn't asking for money back or anything crazy. The woman I spoke with told me since I went with someone else to get the gas stove then that new company can clean it. She also said that my posting on social media would have no affect on them as they do well enough without me and "go have it". She said it's now June and the cleaning was in February. So she doesn't know why I am calling now. Well Kelly, how often do I go take my wood stove from the brick hearth and look in the damn chimney. Had I not been replacing this stove I would have never known the condition of this chimney or that it was not cleaned. this is a potential house fire.
