The service department is awesome! I was in from Atlanta and I was there literally everyday with something wrong. One day I couldn't get my trailer hitch unstuck. They fixed it in the service lane! The next day it was a dead key fob...again, fixed in the lane! Oh and NO charge for it! They're super helpful! read more

The dealership may be OK but the service department is absolutely horrible. My bill was nearly double what it should've been because I had to pay for the troubleshooting education for technician while he was working on my jeep wrangler. I had to pay for his troubleshooting mistakes before the real fix was made. He Also insisted I need new rear brakes without even checking to see that there were already new brakes. On top of that they don't have the parts to service their own product. It took 1 to 2 days to get simple parts. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

This dealership has some really nice and intelligent people working for them but it seems they have major operational and logistical issues. I was only trying to get my Wagoneer repaired and serviced with a loaner vehicle and was transferred, told they'd take a message and call back on about 5 different occasions. I reached out to the GM to inform him of their internal communications issues they have, left a voicemail and email outlining my poor experience, and was not contacted. Specifically had messages with and was not called back by the GM, Sales Manager, and Service Manager. I guess they moved their Jeep service department to a different location than the sales department? Must be having growing pains? An explanation would've been professional. After a pretty good experience with Matt the salesperson last year, I cannot recommend this dealership due to my loss of confidence. read more

Sales department was nice but also not very forthcoming about an accident the car had. Sure they don't have to disclose that information unless you ask but they should as it's more common practice to be upfront these days. Service department is absolutely a waste of time. I purchased my Jeep under two weeks ago and quickly found two things that needed repaired. The worst was that one of the doors would lock. You would think this would be found upon initial inspection of the car. The first time I left my car at the service department I never got a call back about what was going on and so my car ended up there over night. The car has been there now two other times to fix the problem (they ordered the wrong part the first time) and needless to say each time I have had to call to ask about my car. I would not recommend purchasing from here. read more

Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Centerville, JeepLand, My husband and I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee this week from Lois at JeepLand in Centerville on Loop Road. While the vehicle is beautiful and Lois was pleasant, sadly we've discovered their manager greatly misled us regarding our trade-ins. We traded in two vehicles, a 2018 Subaru Legacy 2.5i with around 55,000 miles (in cherry condition) and a beautiful, red 2011 Jeep Wrangler having 74,000 miles with a new soft top and a new Blue Ox towing package. We were the original owners of the Subaru and we purchased the Wrangler one year ago from Busum Ford in Wilmington. We were interested in purchasing the Grand Cherokee because we wanted to upgrade to a more comfortable Jeep that would be roomier for us and our labrador retriever. After their manager appraised our trade-ins, Lois asked us if we were aware the Wrangler had been in a major wreck. We had no idea and were very distressed to learn we had been so misled. We were also amazed at how great the Wrangler looked and operated with no indication that there had ever been any damage to it at all. In any event, because of that, their manager said they could only offer us a much reduced trade-in of only $9,000 on the Wrangler. Yesterday we contacted the sales person at Busum Ford and he has proven to us that he did not mislead us. He actually provided us with copies of the Carfax report on the Wrangler which shows it was a minor collision and that the current retail value on the Wrangler is $15,160 (which does not include the value of the additional accessories, by the way). With the trade-in on the Subaru and that of the Wrangler, and "no wiggle room in the price of the Grand Cherokee other than $500", we believe the manager at JeepLand is the one who greatly misled us, knowing very well he would greatly profit off of this transaction and make at least a quick $10,000 from some very trustworthy people. Pitiful. Take care, friends. Big dealerships are out to make big money, and sadly they may not accomplish that in the most ethical, honest way. Lesson learned. Not everyone is as trustworthy as we are and it pays to do your homework before you step foot in any of these places. read more

We had to prepay for parts for what we thought was a leaky roof. The payment went on our credit card at the end of May. We called back and told them there was no leak and to cancel the service and credit the card. They wouldn't put a credit on our card, but said they would send us a check. It is now mid-July and despite MANY calls and drop ins to the dealership, we still don't have it. Not ONE of the people we called called us back about it. Not the "service" (ha!) manager or the General manager or anyone in-between. Unbelievably crappy way to treat a customer...soon to be former customer. Stay away! read more

July 2018: Never had any issues with the work that was done to my vehicle here. My issue is with their warranty claim process and the individuals in charge of monitoring them. I got a white Jeep Rubicon over the summer 2018. I was having an issue with paint yellowing in the sun a month into ownership. They had me submitted my claim to Jeep (picture & estimate) told me they would call me when it was approved to get fixed. 3 months later I hear nothing and inquire on the status. No one ever checked the system (it was approved for repair by Jeep) and let the claim close out. They resubmitted it that day....7 months later I've never been contacted. Went in for an oil change and once again they never checked the system let the claim get closed out once again. Paid $55k+ on a vehicle that had manufacture issues and can't even get it fixed under warranty because people aren't doing their job. 1 June 2019(11 months after initial repair request): I have finally been contacted by the manager to schedule repairs. 3 June 2019: Dropped off my vehicle for repairs. The vehicle they attempted to give me as a loaner was half the size of my vehicle. My stroller wouldn't even fit in the back of it. I was given attitude from the woman at the service desk when I told her the vehicle wouldn't work and that I needed something comparable in size to my Rubicon. 14 June 2019: I'm literally fed up with this place. I called the 3rd party company my vehicle was getting repaired at for an update because they was taking Just shy of 2 weeks when I was told it would only take 4 days. I called them directly because NO ONE at the dealership would return my calls. I found out that my vehicle was picked up that morning (it was 3:30pm when I called). I continued to call the dealership for an hour and no one answered. I had yet to receive a phone call or email indicating my car was ready for pick-up even though it had been sitting at their lot for hours. So I took it upon myself to stop by on my way home from work. The individual working the service desk had zero clue what I was talking about (I had parked next to my car so I knew for a fact it was done). Literally my keys were sitting on top of the desk since that morning and no one thought to investigate who they belonged to. read more

He worked to understand what are needs were and then ensured the car we bought meet them. We waited a hour for George to show up but he said it would take 30 minutes and then we had a scheduled appointment and waited 15 minutes after that appointment for him to show up and he never did so we left and clearly he didn't want to sell a car to us that my kids have been begging for I do not recommend this place I'm going to Lebanon instead and don't trust the online website half of the cars they don't even have and half of the Jeeps are over priced. read more

Yesterday I dropped off my boyfriend's 2018 Jeep Compass for service work. Upon arrival at the Performance Chrysler store, the lady immediately told me I had to have an appointment even though I was dropping the vehicle off due to it being unsafe. So I explained we did not feel safe driving it & she helped us check in. The main complaint with the vehicle was that it was randomly losing power & shutting off. It happened while driving 50 MPH. So I dropped off around 9 AM, was told it probably wouldn't be same day which is fine. Around 3:30 PM, I received a text message with the inspection video, following with " your car is ready " text. I then called & spoke with Kayley, who was very rude & uninformative. I had to ask her what they did to fix the issue, as being someone who works in the exact same industry, I expect a quick phone call explaining what the issue is/was, & what is going to be done to fix it. As I do the same thing daily. Upon picking the vehicle up, she was still extremely rude, and clearly gave us the quickest answers she could think of. Also mind you, we were just in a month and a half ago, with the same complaint plus the main & auto start/stop battery had died. They replaced the batteries & ignored the other issues. Very unhappy with both visits, and VERY unhappy with the customer service as well. Considering I have posted this in a few different places, including the Jeep website, I am even more disappointed since the Service manager was supposed to get into contact with me, but has not. read more

I bought a previously owned 2019 RAM 1500 limited black truck at Performance Chrysler (Centerville, Ohio). In 2019, the dealer offered me a reasonable deal; nearly $23K off a new 2019 truck but was previously business owned with 19K miles (from a company that... went out of business). New leather seat tags still attached to the interior... I couldn't pass up the deal... Sold! Kudos to them for making me a happy customer in 2019. But, my story doesn't end there... I'm really writing about their service... Story: on a normal work day in 2022, I opened my truck door while in my garage. Parked next to me was my other larger SUV. My truck door opened just past the first spring stop and... bang, hit the mirror of my adjacent SUV. left a 3mm dimple in my door between the handle and the edge of the door frame. Obviously upset, I called Performance Dodge/Chrysler/RAM/Jeep dealer for help. They told me to visit them on a day their dent-doctor was in-house, weekly available. I selected a week that worked best for me and visited the dealership. After the "dent-doctor" was finished with his other repair of the Performance Chrysler fleet, the sale manager introduced me to him. We walked to my truck where I introduced a difficult-to-reach dent near the door handle. 30-minutes later, they were able to take the ding out of my loved truck. NO CHARGE. i have a 2018 jeep compass and ive only had for a few months and suddenly it started to tell me that i needed a service on my engine, my check engine light was on, the battery light was on, my power steering was not working and the car kept telling me my vehicle will shut off so i called and made an appointment and the guy i spoke to was super nice so i was getting my hopes up i dropped it off on a Thursday morning and waited i knew it was gonna be awhile so i wasn't in a rush they called me a couple days later and i came to get it i then left and was running errands so i wasn't at home and then my car does all of the same things it was like they didn't even do anything so i called the place and the lady talking to me just told me services was closed... ma'am are you serious. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would...My 2017 Jeep Wrangler was in for service 7 times for a water leak in the cab...It was never fixed and the last time I was there to pick it up I took it through the car wash and you guessed it leaked again...I went to the General Manager of Preformance Chrysler Jeep Ram and he said it wasn't there problem anymore and refused to fix it again...service was horrible if you could even answer the phone to make an appointment...I will never go there again..I traded the Jeep at SVG Ram and was given the best deal on a new Ran 1500 read more
