I have mixed feelings about this place. I feel that I got a good deal on my vehicle but I also feel that my concerns about it prior to purchasing were simply pushed aside and customer service isn't all that important. My first mistake was being a young female that went alone. I was only allowed to test drive the jeep for around 5 minutes while accompanied with the sales guy. After that extremely short test drive, I'm pressured into buying. I ask to see a car fax and tell him I'm not ready to commit to such a purchase with only driving it such a short amount of time. He shows me the car fax and it shows a recall with the status of "not available." I ask if the recalls been completed because it doesn't appear it was. Without even looking anything up or checking the paper and interrupting me before I can even finish my sentence, he says "yeah they all have to be done or we wouldn't even buy it." Okay... I tell him I've already been preapproved for a loan and don't want to go anywhere else. He has me sign something (my fault for not reading it thoroughly). Later I find out that it was an application for another loan. He cancelled out my loan and ran my credit for another loan. Again, I should have paid attention to what I was signing but I made it pretty damn clear I did NOT want to go with any other loan company or bank as I've already been approved. The jeep was making a rattling noise from the inside, I asked about it and again, was interrupted before I even got the question out and was told "they all do that." No...they don't...my fiancé and I were able to figure it out and found out it wasn't anything major. Now the kicker. Throughout this entire progress I was told a billion and one times the jeep was certified. As my card is 1 second away from being ran for the down payment, I'm informed it's actually not certified because that recall I asked about wasn't done! I'm then told to leave it over night so they can complete the recall. I leave the car over night and go back the next day after work to pick it up. Oh, the recall wasn't done because they don't have the parts. I'll have to contact the manufacturer. All in all, not a very good experience for the amount of money I spent there. I probably won't be returning. The only positive was that I feel I got a pretty decent deal. Customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. read more

Purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram in February, less than 5 months and the Water Pump/Oil Pump and Oil Coolant start to fail. They made me purchase the extended warranty via a third party stating that the Gold package would cover everything. It dosent. They are now quoting me $11k for fix the issues. They never offered a dealer warranty. Took my car in two weeks ago and it wool 15 days for them to tell me the warranty would not cover the damaged parts. Never provided me a loaner. I did not make a purchase so in fairness let me start with that. I talked and texted with Kody there several times. He was nice enough and seemed sincere enough in his saying sorry several times. There was a new 2026 RAM internet price of $50,393. We talked and once we came up with a price agreement, he mentioned the internet price was wrong per sales manager and that price would cost them money. I mentioned I felt like this was predatory pricing and had seen other dealerships pull this and he said it was a mistake and the price should have been listed at $51,800. So, I was going to move on since was already frustrated with the whole deal. Well then, I get an email from the dealership saying now the price has dropped to $49,500. I contact Kody and ask how is that possible and he said it was corporate and he would see if they could sell it at that price. Again, this is $1000 lower than the price they couldn't do per manager as they were "Losing Money". He then sends me another work-up with those numbers and a price to which I ask about seeing it Monday. This occurred on a Friday. Monday comes and no answer. I text and he says he has been busy and then never responds. I asked then in text to just find out the price of this one or another one from manager, hoping for a shred of honesty. He never even responded and crickets from there. My guess is the truck either doesn't exist, or they were caught with their price fixing and lies saying they couldn't sell it at that price. I am guessing they wrote me off as difficult customer, or not a sucker and refused to even contact me. Again, I can't comment on if it's a good dealership overall, but if I ask if the internet price is right and the say yes and then play games and the salesman says he so sorry it's not him it's the manager is red flag. The price changed three times, and each time Kody said he couldn't be sorry. Maybe he meant it or maybe it's the salesman just playing the game. The experience of this dealership has been terrible. I bought a 2025 Ram 1500 last week and it's in the shop already for something that should have been fixed prior to selling. Software update, something that should be relatively quick being quoted over a day for service. They also took the truck before I could grab my things after telling them I needed to grab items out of it to take to the rental. I'd stay away from Chuck when purchasing, he plays it off as this guy that wants to "not screw over the people" but doesn't work with you at all, pushes add ons, doesn't know how to work the system for financing and had to get another member to help him which took forever. He said all they would sell my trade in for is 1000 over trade in price so he couldn't work with me. Car pops up for sale 4000+ trade in. Just straight lied, I get it he's a salesmen but if you're saying you have integrity and don't want to take advantage of people that's not the way to do it. Financing was messed up because he didn't listen and caused additional time during the signing process (40 + min). Just overall a bad experience and I won't be purchasing another vehicular from this deal ship in the future. I wish I walked away from this one and went up the road to another. read more

I purchased a Pontiac g8 gt from them. 33 days later problems began. they said it was my rear end after I took it in for them to look at it. I was under warrenty so I wasnt too mad at this point. I got a rental car about 3 days later. so I called every other week because I didn't want to tick them off and keep my car longer. that didn't work. this was the first time that the g8 was their. exactly 96 days. I had their rental the whole time. they tell me it's reading drive all the way their to it not starting. so long story short they had to replace battery free of charge because they did something with the one that was in the car. they gave me some story of where something happened and it wasn't holding a charge. so I drove all the way back home. I come again the next day because they say it's now ready. so I get their and pick my car up. so I make it to the first red light right by the dealership and it starts making the same noise so I turn around and tell them and they get someone to test drive it as well like I was lying or something. so they wanted me to bring it back the next day and I said no because if I take it now u all will say that I did this to the vehicle and I'm not going for that. he promises me that ain't going to happen and was willing to write a note. I say why do I have to take it why can't I leave it here I don't want to drive it like that. so he says well we are slammed with work today I said well that doesn't mean my car can't stay here doesn't mean u have to fix it today so he agreed. mind you this is the shop manager. so I leave it and come back 3 weeks later because they finally had a rental car for me, which should've had on the 1st day. so my g8 is their this time for 7 months. I contact better business bearu and all that. the owner lied and told them he tried to correct it but didn't want to take the offer. wo I tell them he offered me 9k for my car which I paid 19k after taxes and on top of that I never even put 500 miles on the damn car it literally sat at their shop all year. so I was mad about that too. long story short because their is waaaay more to this story. I just ended up taking my car to a friend of the family who is a mechanic and he fixed my car that day. I took it to him at around 11:30 morning and he called me back around 6:17 p.m. to come pick it up.. he also told me they never greased nothing underneath and the whole time it wasn't the rear end causing me problem which the dealer said it was and they replaced it twice supposedly. all it ended up being was the center support bearing which only costed like 80 bucks. So not only did the dealership waste basically a whole year of my time, they were so incompetent that they never even figured out the problem on the car and wasted all that time and money all for my "backyard mechanic" to identify the problem and fix it in a few hours. I came in with 3 things wrong with my car. They were able to fix 2 of them, after having my vehicle for 21 days. The first 9 days they didn't even look at my vehicle it was just sitting there. After all the repairs I go to pick my car up, its dead. They jump start it for me and send me on my way. (I had no issues with my battery before hand, it was dead because of how long it was on for the repair. Which seemed fair, some car repairs do that. I was just not informed that they had to jump start my car the day prior) Than my check engine light comes on, which I was told it was the code not filtering out and to give it a week or so for it to turn off by itself. Days later when it rained I learned my windshield wipers no longer worked. Prior to bringing my car in they did work. I checked the fuse, was not a fuse problem. I found out they did not plug the motor for my wipers back in. Thank God for youtube because that is how I located the motor and plugged it back in myself. However my check engine light is still on. Its been over a week so, I bring my vehicle back in. They tell me its off now and I am all good to go. I drive home and once I turn off my car and back on my check engine light is still on. Which I should of turned it off and on there but I was annoyed I had to bring it back in for a 3rd time. Battery died and I got it jumped and drove here. I was told they were booked the next two weeks. They said if I would leave it they would try to work it in next week. Service techs don't have a clue! Service department had my truck a total of 3 weeks at 4 different times ,2019 ram truck with the 6.7 Cummings.1st trip, code p0087 ,the truck passed all there pressure test.They blamed the fuel filters that were installed so I changed them to Mopar filters,no change.2nd trip they said fuel pressure sensor was bad. thought to myself that code was not on it when I took it there. I told them not to throw parts at it hoping to fix it. well I let them change it,Failed. 3rd time they said it was lift pump was week. I decided to install and after market pump that far exceeds Mopar specs,Failed. 4th time they blamed me for installing the after lift pump. At that moment I knew there techs had no clue how to work on Cummings engines. I took it to fishers in Xenia Ohio since I have done a lot of dealings with them for many years. within 30 min they called and said the truck did not pass high pressure test and another 3.5 hours it was fixed.Bad fuel rail. Still waiting on is covered under drive train warranty. So beware if you have a ram truck with 6.7 Cummings do not take your truck there. They took pictures forwarded it to Dodge in which they said they'd get back to me. Three months later, I didn't hear a word from the dealer. They wouldn't answer their phone nor respond to voice mail or email. I got Dodge evolved. They said they forgot to call to get more pictures. I went in again to get more pictures taken. The service manager told me he would call me once they heard from Dodge which would be about 14 days. Hear it is two months later and I haven't heard a word from him. FIVE STARS to Jeepland in Centerville located at 6950 Loop Rd, right down the street from the service center. Jeepland used to have service done at their dealership location, however approximately a year ago they moved their service over to PCJDR (95 loop rd). ****ZERO stars to the service department at PCJDR Centerville**** I took my car in to PCJDR to get a few minor issues resolved (flat tire/finicky turn signal). The appointment was at 1130am. I was told that I would get a call back around 2-3pm with an update. Unfortunately, the service department did not give me a call. I had called 6 times attempting an update, but got the run around with their phone system. They ended up keeping my car overnight STILL without giving me a call to explain what was going on. The next morning, I again called multiple times and continued to get the run around. At that point I was so frustrated with the lack of communication that I decided to not have my service done there. I showed up to the service center and asked for my car back. My service advisor did not give an explanation for the lack of communication. I asked to speak with either of the service managers and was told they were not available. They gave my car back without much hassle. No repairs had been completed on the car. On a whim, I decided to stop into the dealership that sold me my Jeep to see if they could help out with connecting me to a manager. Jamie Brown was the gentleman who helped me out. He went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Jamie called the manager of the service department at PCJDR, Len, so I could explain what happened. Jamie then assured me they would fix my car, AND he set me up with a loaner so that I could be mobile again. Jamie's actions saved Jeep from losing a customer. Him and his team at Jeepland Centerville were respectful, understanding, and extremely accommodating. It is rare to have such customer-based service. Two more visits didn't solve the problem either. I have been trying to get a hold of the service manager, and the technician who had been assisting us, but nobody will call me back. Over the past 4 years from Chrysler, I have purchased a 2018 Dodge Dakota, 2017 Dodge Charger RT, 2018 2500 Limited 6.5L Hemi, 2018 Dodge Charger Daytona and a few months ago, I bought my 2018 dream car from you last October. What started as a dream has now become a nightmare. It started with day one of buying the car. I cant get the plates because I don't have a title. I call the bank and they said they don't have the title work from the dealership and I need to contact them. From there is was a month of back and forth and finger pointing with multiple trips to the dealership so long that the temp tag expired before I had a title to get a plate. One month into having the car, I get a service call that it was time for a checkup. Odd, but I love the car so I take it in. Having it in service for a week, everything checks out, but it needs an oil change. Again, odd saying I had only had the car for a month. $100 dollars and a month later I get a nail in the middle of the tread (I have the inspection video), but apparently the tech couldn't plug it, so you'll need a $300 tire, oh and you need them to match so you require two of them.. $600 later, I go to pick up the car on the lot and the window was down. Odd saying it is winter, and raining. Did the lot tech not notice, or just not care? Driving home I cannot get the window to go up at all, so back to the service center. That was January 29th. It is now March 3rd. Apparently that sensor is harder to locate than a trustworthy service center, because now it has been 5 weeks.. Yes, all through February and going into March in trying to obtain the part they need. So, $600 a month for a car payment, $100 oil change on a new car, $600 in tires; equals $3,700.00 for a car that lives at the service station (that wont call me back or keep me updated). If I ever do get the car back, I will never return to this service station or dealership again and go back to my trusted Kings location. read more

This is by the worst service experience I've ever had. It all started when they changed my transmission fluid which created an engine light warning. I've brought the truck back four times to fix the problem only to have the engine light come back on again. To add salt to the wound I called the service manager 7 times over the last several weeks with no call back. I even had the secretary email him and I got no response. The last time I called one of the service guys promised he would call me and nothing. I've lost two days of work for nothing. Doug H. in service has tried his best to resolve the issues each time, but this has become what appears to be the norm for this department. So I then tried to find some satisfaction by talking with senior service department manager, and he just blew me off. In fact, what he said was, "well sir, yesterday we let you come into our service department without an appointment. I asked him, " is that all you have to say is you let me come into your department without an appointment?" "That doesn't resolve these issues, now does it sir?" Contacted dealership for assistance on anti-theft code for a new radio I had bought online and installed in my car myself. After looking online from others who have done the same upgrade, majority said that if you provide all needed info, the dealership can give it over the phone in a few minutes. This dealership said that I would be required to schedule service. I asked about scheduling and cost and she explained that the base service cost is $125 just to have the car in the shop. No issue paying or bringing car in but to charge me a minimum of $125 for service call for an anti-theft code is theft in its own form . I recommend staying far away from this business, extremely poor customer service and shady ethical standards. Contacted other dealerships and a service charge base price is not the standard procedure for assistance on an anti-theft codes. read more

NEVER AGAIN will I do business with this dealership! Long story short: My 2018 Ram 2500 6.7 diesel truck went in to diagnose/replace DEF injector. Tech broke two bolts when attempting to remove the injector which consequently resulting in the recommendation to replace the SCR Catalytic Converter and all attached emission sensors (total 4), resulting in a $5.6K bill of my responsibility. The service writer's response "we live in the rust belt, it happens". SMH. When I questioned why all sensors needed replaced, again the service writer's response: "you would never be able to remove them due to rusting" So, if any one sensor fails (ranging from $100-400) then it will be a full SCR replacement at $5.6K? Does not seem reasonable. My advice to all: JUST BEWARE YOU WILL/ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGE CAUSED DURING SERVICE TO YOUR VEHICLE. CAN BE A VERY STARTLING LEARNING LESSON. In the end, I declined the work and was charged $284 for the damage and learned lesson. I had been a loyal customer (3 vehicles) to this dealership...no more. read more

I went there on a Friday bought a vehicle and on the next day the car would not start. This vehicle was "completely serviced" the day I bought it. They told me they would send a tow truck that day that didn't show up until the next morning. They left me 31 weeks pregnant with no transportation. They wouldn't return my calls, hung up on me, and send me to random voicemail boxes. I finally got a ride out there for them to pretty much tell me how I was going to get to work that Monday wasn't their problem. After many phone calls later and being talked to like I was stupid. I told them I need to reverse my deal. They finally agreed I had to drive to this location 4 times in total before I ended up with the problem resolved. The vehicle I originally purchased from them had more problems then their service department "found". I would not recommend buying from this company!! One of the worst car dealerships I have ever been to. Took car in to get a diagnostic run on a couple of issues. Was told I would get updated once the result of the diagnostic was run. Three hours later no update. When I finally get the update I was told they called but they must have had the wrong number. They never asked for a number to reach me at plus I told them I would be waiting at the dealership. On top of the the service advisor walked by me a few times while I was waiting. So they knew I was in their waiting area. After I was given the run down of the problem the asked if I could leave the car. If I could leave the car I wouldn't have been waiting in your lobby for three hours. Since they didn't have a loaner available I had to wait 20 additional minutes while they put the car back together and will have to bring the car back to get the car fixed A 30 minute diagnostic turned into a 3.5 hour wait because they couldn't walk into the customer waiting area. We will strongly consider looking at another dealership so any other work on our car once we get our current issues fixed. Brought car back the next day so the work could be completed. Was told the day before by the service advisor that we would get a call around 9 to let us know that the part was in and we could bring the car in. By 10:00 still no call about the part. Called the dealership and eventually got connected to the parts department and found out the part was in. Transferred back to a service advisor who said bring the car but it wouldn't get worked on until 1:30 because of other cars ahead of us. We brought the car in a little early and was told that they wouldn't be able to complete the work by close of business by a third service advisor. We were lied to by two different service advisors who both said the work would be done by the end of the day today. Now we have to make arrangements to drop the car off, go to work and take kids to doctor appointments with one car. The customer service here is terrible I will not recommend this place to anyone looking to buy or service a vehicle. The service advisors have no customer relations skills and lie to customers. If you like having appointments with your dentist to have your teeth pulled you'll love appointments at Performance (previously Walker). Call me a fool but I just kept expecting things to get better as management and people kept turning over. I kept taking my car here after purchasing it there (forever warranty). I have never had a good experience at one single visit. They made tons of empty promises on warranty repairs. They took pictures on a visit and said they would call it in and get the issues taken care of. Then the pictures, the case, and even that employee was gone the next visit. I continued to ask about it and they just pushed it aside. No result. They managed to scratch and damage the hood of my car on a service visit for a recall in which they forgot they had my car; it was missing for a week, and I did not get it back for 30 days. The manager just shrugged off the damage and sent it for a buff. It was never the same. Sold services (tire rotation, and oil changes) in a package then did not honor commitment because they lost paperwork, or argued about what was sold. Each visit they would give me their inspection paperwork with all the boxes checked and I would get home and find things they checked off as good still not maintained. I should have been a better consumer and kept documentation, and honestly quite expecting something different and going there. I see the positive reviews here and wonder where those people are when I go there. Be kind to yourself, and save yourself the pain of dealing with Performance dealerships. My wife bought a brand new vehicle from here back in August. everything seemed great for the first month. The temp. tag had expired, so we went to get plates for it... funny thing is, it never got titled.. so we had to pay $20 out of pocket for a new temp tag.. my wife called the dealership to figure out what was going on, spoke to a manager and was told shed get a call back. Fast forward a week and a half, we FINALLY get a call back. There was an issue with the financing that they set up, so we had to go back up there. Not only did they not offer reimbursement for the temp tag we had to get, they offered no reimbursement for driving from Cincinnati to resign, AND the payment went up $30 /mo.. They were told that it extended that much because the loan went from 75 to 72 months... so because of 3 months, we will now pay an additional $2100+ over the course of the loan. Completely unacceptable, terrible response time in getting a call back, and all around screwing the customer over. Go to any other dealer for all your dodge/ chrysler needs. Hopefully this will prevent at least 1 person from getting screwed over like we did. read more

I would highly recommend NOT taking your vehicle to Performance Chrysler and Jeep in Centerville for any type of work whatsoever!!! We have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler that Performance has now had for almost 3 months! We had damage to the front of our Jeep and the front axle needed replaced and our Jeep was towed on October 5th. On November 13th all work was completed and we picked up our Jeep...only to get halfway home and have to turnaround to take it back because they did not correctly fix our Jeep. It is now December 23rd and we STILL do not have our Jeep back! When we call, they usually do not answer the phone or return our calls. We were able to finally get ahold of Jane yesterday and was told that the part is still not in. We were originally told that the part would be in on December 21st and that it would take about 1 1/2 hours to replace the part. Over the past 2 weeks, we have been told that the part will be in on December 17th, December 18th, December 21st, and now maybe next week. We have asked several times if we can have a loaner car while waiting for our Jeep to be fixed. We were told last month that all 11 loaner vehicles were already being used. My husband asked again yesterday if we could have a loaner car and Jane told him that they only have 2 loaner vehicles and both are already loaned out. One would think that they would find us a loaner car since they have had our vehicle for 79 days and that they would have offered us one after the first week of not having our Jeep fixed. I do understand with COVID that parts may be a little delayed in shipping but, seriously 79 days as of today...come on! And, who is to say when we will get it back considering they say they are still waiting on the part...So, with all of that being said, and as I sit here today and warn everyone of our horrible experience, my husband and I are still sharing a vehicle and having to figure out daily schedules for each of us to get to work, run our child places, and whatever other errands have to be done. read more

The customer service was awful when we were trying to buy our vehicle. We had to work really hard to get someone to help us purchase a $36k vehicle. After several stressful WEEKS of dealing with a salesman who would ignore our calls and texts and a manager who was unwilling to let us work with someone else, we did end up buying our vehicle from Performance, but my husband and I will definitely not be using this dealer again. It took what should have been a fun and exciting time into an extremely unpleasant one. When we go back in for service, the customer service is just as bad. read more

Parts counter employee working 5/30/17 was very rude and unprofessional. Could use a brush up on his customer service skills. I left without purchasing anything (not for lack of desire) The parts counter at other dealerships produce exceptional service from knowledgeable individuals. This was not my experience at Centerville Chrysler vThis was the first time I've experienced such a dismissive and irritated attitude. I knew exactly what I needed and had part numbers.
