Their waiting area is very comfortable with a sofa and 2 chairs. There's refreshments, snacks and candies while you wait. They also have Dent Demon merchandise if you are interested. Grace, who is one of the owners along with her husband, explained the process of fixing a dent and showed us the tools that they use. She even brought us into the shop area (which was immaculate!) to show us a hood that they use to train their employees with the different techniques that they have to use depending on the type and depth of the dent. We were able to see the dent in our door being worked on. It was amazing to see how they fixed it. We couldn't even tell where the dent was after they were done! If you are a repeat customer, they will give you a 10% discount. Everyone that we met today (3/14), Grace, Sam and Paul were so nice!
