Their class schedules didn't work with my schedule so I started with one private a week. Now I do 2 or 3 privates a week with Danyal and Erin. Both ladies give me a great but different workout and I feel so empowered by both these positive woman. I would highly recommend Boom Pilates, it's fun and also something new. I have been coming to PLNK for 3 years now because there are very few studios in STL that do Lagree Pilates which I love. I gave 3 stara because their customer service is poor and very frustrating. They have a phone number online which I have only had someone answer maybe once. it is virtually nonreachable. when I leave a voicemail I never hear back. you have to send an email to customer service if you need help with your account or a class cancellation, credits, etc. it's very frustrating that none of the studio employees can help with this or to be able to reach someone in real time. The app is very glitchy and it's all around frustrating. if there were more studios offering Lagree I probably wouldn't stay here jsut because of the poor customer service.

I stretch in places I never thought I needed to and workout areas that normally do not get moved around that much. All of this is done without "breaking" me. It is a warm and inviting environment as I am NOT in shape but I have been here 5 times and have felt improvement each time I come. They have a deal for new people which is crazy good so it is worth at least giving a try. They are in the same building as "Just Dancing." TLDR: Worth at least trying. A non-judgmental environment. One day last month, I randomly decided to just DO SOMETHING. Anything! And I found Just Pilates STL. I was intimidated signing up, because I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The inner (and outer, lol) chubby kid within me hates working out around others, but I thought I'd give it a go. Immediately upon walking in the studio for the first time, Natalie greeted me with a huge smile and loads of encouragement. She helped me realize it's okay to meet your body where it's at, and you don't have to be perfect right away...you just have to try. I have never felt so at home so quickly, where I'm welcomed and wanted. Each class since, I am greeted with that same enthusiasm, both from Natalie and the other classmates. We all share one goal: healthy movement. Nobody in the class is trying to outdo you, they're focused on themselves! If you're like me, and you do not like being perceived while working out, but you also hate going to the gym...this is for you. I promise it is NOT scary whatsoever, it is probably the thing I am most grateful for finding in 2025. Thank you Natalie and crew, I am so so grateful for you and this studio!!!!

My one complaint is the instructor didn't group us all together or show us what to do. She was calling out exercises and I had to look at the regulars in order to know what I was supposed to be doing. I feel like I can stream a workout and get the same amount of direction but have an easier time figuring out what I'm supposed to be doing!

My initial impression was excellent. The entry area seems more spacious and inviting, and the selection of retail items (think: sticky socks) and wearables, is significantly enhanced. In fact, I scooped up a pair of leggings by Beyond Yoga, in navy, with a gold splatter print--these will be perfect for the holidays. The class that I took was the right mix of challenging and accessible. The studio was kind enough to provide refreshments--coffee and some gluten free muffin bites--post class. Sydney, the PB instructor, has been very proactive about reaching out to follow up with me. I look forward to returning to this studio the next time I am in town.

Whenever I don't have time to go... I just do a 15 minute HIT workout like hot cycle or hot blast! ! And then when I have more time, I do one of their several options for ISO workouts! I used to get bored easily with a gym...I hated thinking about what I was going to do and how I would look compared to others who have been working out forever! Well, with Hotworx, you usually have your session to yourself in a sauna! It is also relaxing...and I credit it to helping me get off blood pressure pills! I LOVE HOTWORX!!!!!!!!!

The owner truly goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and before I was even a member she offered me multiple VIP cards to come in and make sure I liked the facility before I actually signed up. The owner went out of her way to call me and check on me and ask me questions to get to know me better as well as see what I did or did not like, and asked if I had any questions. I work in healthcare and I really thought it was even more sweet that the owner was accommodating to my schedule and trying to help me out with being on a budget offering me ways that would work with my budget while still being able to take care of myself and do a little bit of self-care. There are a lot of these locations but I would drive out of my way to come to this one because of how welcoming and personable the owner as well as all the staff that she hires are. Never once did she clarify that she's not with the yoga studio and acted as if she ran the entire place. Ingrid Hurley was VERY patient, understanding, and apologetic after listening to my experience. Even over the phone, she made me feel EXTREMELY welcomed...so welcomed that I will be visiting the studio this week :).
