Fast, professional, friendly, thorough, and X-Rays on site! I sprained my ankle at the gym and wanted to make sure it wasn't a fracture. They got me in the same day, x-ray on site, confirmed it was just a sprain, brace, doctor advice, diagnosis all within 30 minutes. Dr. Ferryanto is one of the best doctors I've ever seen and spent as much time explaining the injury to me as I needed. 11/10 would recommend Performance Podiatry. read more

Run, don't walk, if you're able to this group of podiatrists. I met Dr. Sinclair to work on my feet. Needed my toenails trimmed and cleaned up. Discussed options for toenail fungus. She was patient and knowledgeable especially sine I'm diabetic and need to keep my feet in good condition. Was so glad to find a female podiatrist that takes the time and had a gentle touch. There are two females in the group. Parking behind building that's free. Receptionist was so helpful when I made appointment, and friendly when I arrived. I at many podiatrists before choosing this group. Worth the drive for me. Recommend Sr. Sinclair highly. Will return for future visits. Return visit in 2020, Dr. Sinclair worked on my feet & ingrown toenail. She is knowledgeable and nice. Husbands first visit was over running issues; blisters on big toe. I've been a Performance Podiatry patient for more than 2 years now. I primarily see Dr. Riley, but I have also interacted with Dr. Sinclair. I was impressed early on not only with their existing knowledge, but commitment to learning about "what's new" and what are "best practices" in the field. On multiple visits, Dr. Riley shared what she had recently read in a journal or learned about in a seminar. I also felt very comfortable in knowing that I was not being pressured to make decisions. I went in (after having a visit with another podiatrist) on the impression that I needed immediate bunion surgery on both feet. Dr. Riley suggested that we start out with a less invasive approach first and to always use pain as my guide for decisions. I did eventually decide to get surgery. Twice. Both feet. I am/was a long time runner and came from a family of women who had "bad feet." I was nervous, but knowing what I had come to know about Dr. Riley, felt safe. The first surgery went perfectly and I'm now, a year later, recovering from the second. All office members are kind, considerate, competent, and trustworthy. When possible, I try to support women-owned businesses. This is one of those! And I'm so glad I checked them out! read more

Excellent practice. You can get an appointment in a reasonable time. Dr. Sinclair is knowledgeable and takes the time to understand her patient's issues and makes sure the patient understands their options. I also like that she is sensitive to cost when she describes treatment options to her patients and doesn't oversell things. They are a good choice for athletes and have an athletic trainer there who can show you techniques for wrapping/taping to help with sports injuries. read more

Grateful for the help I received for my left foot. I was experiencing pain in the ball of my foot due to mortons neuroma and a bunion post-pregnancy. Dr. Sinclaire was so helpful in reviewing the treatment options, targeting the specific pain area, implementing laser treatment and orthotic support. She was kind and attentive in communicating, and open/collaborative with the treatment. My foot is feeling better, and I plan to continue here for maintaining my footcare. Misinformed practice. Went in for a visit for difficulty with my foot. A graduate student was with me 90% of the time rather. The doctor came in for 5 minutes to explain what she saw on the x-ray. Then the graduate student said "do you want me to wrap your foot?" I was like sure - never mentioned any additional charge. I get a bill for $400 in the mail for the wrapping of one foot and a cast they gave me that was never mentioned it wouldn't be covered by insurance or an additional bill. I tried calling the office and having someone explain to me how I would I know that these would cost an additional cost when it was never stated and all I went in for was an X-ray which was covered by insurance. I get a call from Georgia today who says to me "well what did you expect to come here and get it for free?" I was actually shocked and was so disappointed in the way she spoke to me speaking to me as if I was a child and had no idea I had to pay a bill. Of course, I know I would have a bill but not a 400$ bill of things that were given to me and never mentioned that they were an additional cost. Definitely do not recommend. The doctor was very intelligent but the customer service was very poor. read more

I'm thankful they were able to get me in right away as an emergency. Ingrown nail caused an infection and it was very difficult to walk. I have hyper sensitive feet and I'm a horrible patient, but the doctor was very patient and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was able to sign up as a new patient online. Very easy. Arrived and the lobby was empty but for the receptionist. All very comforting, given COVID state. I met with the doctor, Julia Sinclair, and after taking xrays, she thoroughly explained my situation and advised that she did not recommend surgery. She explained that surgery could result in greater pain than what I am experiencing now and that it is possible I might not ever need surgery if discomfort does not increase. I like that she explained everything in layman's terms and was very honest in her assessment. Many would have said, "let's proceed with surgery ". The office is very modern and clean and the location is easy to get to with parking next door. I will definitely recommend this practice to friends and family. read more

I hate going to the doctor because I never know what kind of bill I'll get hit with at the end, thanks to our totally convoluted healthcare system, or I feel like the doctor doesn't fully listen to why I'm there in the first place. However, a recent running injury made me realize it was time for me to finally visit a podiatrist to understand some sharp pain I experienced recently and subsequent pain. First, I went to Athletico for a free screen and learn about my options. The physical therapist recommended Performance Podiatry Partners and after reading the bios of Dr. Reilly and Dr. Sinclair, I knew this was the right place because of their experience with athletes, specifically runners. The office seemed brand new and clean and the woman at the front desk was so welcoming. She's also an athletic trainer, so she listened to why I came in and informed Dr. Sinclair. Once Dr. Sinclair came in, we talked through all the details of my injury and an upcoming race. She listened so well and I could tell she truly cared about both my short-term and long-term health goals. Because Dr. Sinclair is also a runner, she understands the stubbornness that comes along with being a runner. Hands down, my visit today was the best doctor visit I've ever experienced. She clearly explained my options, showed me how to tape my foot, and found some medical grade orthotics to use immediately in my existing running shoes for a race I have in one week. Even though the office is further than from me than I hoped, I look forward to my 2-week check in to work on my long-term running health and improving my form, gait, etc. to truly become a healthy runner despite my low arches. read more

I've seen a few other doctors for a foot issue - without too much success - until my GP finally suggested Dr. Reilly. I'm SO thankful he did! Dr. Reilly went above and beyond to diagnose my problem and, along with some physical therapy and a few other very useful suggestions, also offered reasonably priced custom orthotics to protect my feet. While I wouldn't call myself an athlete, I do try to work out every day and my foot discomfort was hindering my workouts. I am very grateful to Performance Podiatry and Dr Julia Sinclair. I stubbed a toe and the pain not only did not subside but also exacerbated after a week. As a frustrated, injured and injury-fatigued runner, I only wish I had gone to Performance Podiatry Partners sooner! I was told by a trusted Physical Therapist that there was concern I had a fractured ankle and was convinced it would be weeks before I could get in to see a specialist. I called PPP and Dr. Riley, with true compassion in her voice, offered to see me within the hour....! Jen, their AT, was warm, genuine and detail oriented upon my arrival. I was checked in, x-rayed and seen by Dr. Riley all within 15 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Riley was/is an exceptionally engaged listener and is a clear, considerate communicator. I felt heard, validated and genuinely cared for within seconds of just meeting her. I was offered proactive and thoughtful care and insight without extra "fluff". They are flexible in their scheduling and quick to make accommodations as their schedules allow. I also deeply appreciate Dr. Riley, upon the first follow up, being so price-conscious and speaking with me from a "here's what I would do" perspective. I found Performance Podiatry Partners through my BCBS insurance portal. BUT, I picked them because of online reviews. My experience here was above and beyond. The clinic is modern and impeccably clean. The staff is welcoming and down to earth, which makes a new patient feel at ease. Dr. Sinclair is amazing! She is so kind, and genuinely listens to your issues and concerns. She went through every possible treatment option, and was always mindful of cost, never pressuring me one way or the other. I never felt rushed, or like just another number on the appointment list. She really took her time, and I felt like I walked away with a clear game plan and some tools to alleviate my issues while waiting for my orthotics to come in.
