Therefore, they damaged the oil filter housing. I found this out when I went back to Performance Quick Lube for an oil change on August 14 2020. The Manager informed after a 45 minute wait that they could not change my oil due to damage done by his employee the previous time I took it in for an oil change. He also told me to take it to Coad Toyota to have the part replaced and oil changed. So, instead of paying $ 62.57 (what it cost me when they damaged my oil filter housing) to have my oil changed, I have to pay $62 for an oil change and god only knows how much the replacement oil filter housing will be. I have to pay for a replacement part and an oil change? If you do not have the proper tools to do a job INFORM THE CUSTOMER BEFORE YOU DAMAGE A PART. I was a loyal customer for a long time. NOT ANYMORE!!! I will not go back.
