Got the new Samsungs and was super happy until... the dryer kept shutting off from a blockage. We called out a vent cleaning team who cleared it but then discovered that our dryer vent on the roof was not functioning as it was supposed to and was completely sealed off. We reached out to Mpact and they sent out Doug (love this guy) to come take a look. He determined that the vent was broken and needed replacing. We were put on schedule next day.
