Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

This July, right before our move-in day, our 12-yr old HVAC had a line back up that caused a lot of water damage. When comparing companies to ask for help, I took special notice of the many reviews talking about TX Dry Out going above and beyond to help stressed-out people navigate insurance claims. As a disabled woman I know just how agonizing it can be to work with health insurance companies, so TX Dry Out was my first pick. I was impressed by Diego's inspection process, the equipment he used and how thorough he was, and also how patiently he explained the terminology and our different options. His expertise became even more obvious when I got a second quote from another popular company---the other tech was friendly, but had cheaper equipment, did not explain much, and gave disappointing answers to questions I only knew to ask because Diego had already explained things to me. The difference was night and day, and not just because the other company only does mitigation work, leaving the customer to figure out the build-back process. TX Dry Out was miles ahead of the game by comparison in every respect. During the mitigation and build-back processes, Diego and his crew were just amazing. They took good care of our property (I was amazed how thorough their plastic containment system was) and were excellent at coordinating with other contractors doing repairs at the same time.
