They also worked fast and left everything very clean. For reference, they ripped up old carpet and placed new hardwood in 2 bedrooms and 1 master closet. It took a little time to get the closest match but Bob was nice enough to come out twice to drop off two different floor samples. However, I was craving a bit more communication on their end. Bob is very responsive to messages which I appreciate but this was a job at an unoccupied home (belonging to my parents) with a hidden key so I did want more updates (especially with my folks constantly asking me). I did not receive notification of job start or finish. I had to reach out to get that. I didn't find out that the job was completed until the following day. I received an immediate reply to my messages which is nice but like I said, I'd have preferred more proactive communication. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.
