Thanks to Tucson's pothole riddled roads, I was in need of a wheel balance and alignment. I have…read morenever been to any of the Jack Furrier stores but chose the Valencia shop due to its proximity to my work. I stopped in to have the wheel balanced. John, the manager, called me out to the shop to show me that my wheel was bent. He said there was no point in an alignment check until the wheel was replaced. Unfortunately, it was a factory wheel so I was going to get gouged from the dealer. John refused to accept payment for the balance because the problem wasn't fixed. A couple days later I stopped back in with a new wheel in the box. John had his guy's mount my old tire on the new wheel, balance it, and then do an alignment on it. (I won't tell you the price I paid because I don't want to establish a precedent, but I can say I've spent more on dinner for my family). I tried coaxing John into charging me more but he responded only by saying, "Just buy your tires from us." Well, that's an easy one for me when that time comes!
