I got in an accident that smooshed in the front end of my car into my radiator, I brought my car in Monday morning and they were right there to help me out. Kevin gave me an honest estimate and told me, in detail, everything that needed to be done. At first they told me they could it get in on the 12th but luckily, Kevin said I could leave it there and he would have it done by Friday! I just got my car back today after getting a new bumper and liners installed. I swear, if I had known how friendly and easy they make the process I would have gotten it repaired a long time ago! I love that it's a family business. I haven't had sun visors in my car for a couple of years and it was a bit dangerous at times. Jill went above and beyond and found a pair for my car! I tried myself but Amazon and eBay didn't have the right ones for my 2012 Hyundai Accent. I swear when I got to the shop I almost didn't recognize my car. Okay, this review is based on the conversation I just had with Shelby at Central Collision. I need some work done on my car (offered fair and transparent pricing). Not only did she send me the estimate and call back, she then explained how they are doing their part to protect their customers against COVID-19. They are servicing the public by picking up and dropping off your car. They are using technology (e.g. Skype, etc.) to handle the administrative part of it. Sounds to me as if they are following all the CDC protocols plus more such as putting an antibacterial cleaner through my car's system so it will be better than when I left it. Look for another review after the work is done. Assuming their work ethic is just as stellar, I expect great success! read more

Had an unfortunate incident with my 2017 Prius door. Dents on front panel, driver side door, gouged inside panel of door, broke hinge. A real mess. Central Collision was half of the dealer estimate, did a PERFECT job and did it in HALF the time the dealer quoted. I looked online for highly rated body shops and found Central. The short story. My daughter's boyfriend backed my daughter's car (2005 Corolla) into a "bear box" while camping. Dented the trunk, trashed the bumper. His parents were paying to fix. 4 estimates later, Central Collision proved to be the most reasonably priced. So, that's where we went. The car is flawless. It's actually better than it was, as the spoiler that was replaced now functions as another rear brake light. The original spoiler didn't. I took my Mustang here to repair some front-end damage. They were very friendly and helpful through the entire experience. After dropping off my car, one of the owners even drove me to Enterprise in his own vehicle upon learning that I was in a hurry to get to work and it was going to take a bit for Enterprise to pick me up. As for the work... It really does look like nothing ever happened. Perfect match. They also called me to give me updates and let me know when it was ready, so I didn't have to call them like you so often do at auto repair shops. Great job guys. Once again, the body and paint work was impeccable: damage was completely undetectable. And the price was reasonable. Before moving to the Tucson area I lived in Bisbee for 5 years and had my share of run-ins with narrow streets and unforgiving retaining walls. I finally decided to try and get my 2004 Toyota Sienna looking a bit less beat-up. After reading a few reviews on Yelp, I thought Central Collision sounded like a reputable company (Although it was known by a number of different names including "Creative Concepts" and "Mike's Central Collision", which made for a bit of confusion.) At any rate, my phone call was answered quickly and professionally and I was welcomed to stop by for a free estimate. When I arrived, Mike came out and went over the work I wanted done in careful detail -- he asked about options for certain repair items that had not even occurred to me. During this process I never felt pressured to sign up for any more than what I truly felt I wanted covered. I did have to leave my car for a week, which is always an inconvenience, but I also understand that there are stages to the whole process where repair material and paint has to dry etc. When I left my car, and when I needed to pick it up, I was given a ride to and from my home -- once by the owner himself, and another time by the super-friendly office manager, Jill. When I did pick up my car, I was amazed at the quality of work. The finish made my car look like it did the day I bought it! I only had one side done at this visit, but when I feel I can afford some additional touch-up, I know where to go! Additional note: There was one little fix that had been overlooked. Got estimates from three body shops. My gut told me to go with CC. It turned out to be a great choice. Why? Kevin was straightforward, honest, and patient, unlike another body shop where the estimater expressed frustration with my questions (looking at you, Chapman Honda); he assured me that a sagging back bumper could be fixed for $50-$70, rather than having to be entirely replaced (looking at you, Precision Inc., $750 to replace bumper); he promised that if he could save money by re-using some parts, he would (final cost came in $180 under estimate); and when I voiced concern to him about putting money into body work of my very old car he referred me to a mechanic who looked under the hood, at no cost, to make sure there weren't any major mechanical issues that might make fixing the exterior a dumb idea (there weren't). I wanted to deal with body shops like I want to go to the dentist. But CC made the process a good experience and we are very happy with the final outcome. Take your car here. read more

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt obligated to write this one. I selected Central Collision because I read many positive reviews. My car needed a new bumper and I was told that the repairs would take 2 days if the part was ordered ahead of time. Unfortunately,the first and second bumper did not fit because they were mislabled by the manufacturer. I must say that I was frustrated because the repair took four extra days, even though this was no fault of Central Collision. Shelby worked very hard to get the correct bumper, they even painted some scratches on the front fender without charging me and cleaned my dirty car. I took my vehicle to these guys under a recommendation from a coworker. I was rear ended pretty badly and needed almost everything replaced. A year later I was rear ended again and they showed me old damage that they cannot repair that is currently rusting because meyers never repaired it properly. The paint didn't match and the battery kept dying becaused they screwed up the wiring in my trunk. On top of everything it took them a week and a half, I had to fight with the insurance company to pay for my car rental fees because it took soo long. read more
