The techs are always making sure you are comfortable with your workouts and the manual therapy has been crucial in helping my recovery. Their clinic is very proactive about following COVID protocols and I feel safe and comfortable while getting my treatments. They take your temps, enforce the mask protocol, wipe down all equipment after each use, and promote social distance. My experience in a nutshell Equipment is $XXX Your insurance will cover $Yyyyy You owe: $zzz Fine. I paid it. I was in pain. Fast forward 6 months and you'll start getting invoices. The delay is on purpose. They hope you'll just pay it and not look into it. Merely costs them a stamp and an envelope. In this instance, they're trying to collect an additional $200 after charging my insurance $274 and myself: $77 for an $35 knee sleeve readily available on Amazon. THE overcharging is merely predatory. But the phony invoice scheme is criminal. EXACT same model. How do know? I bought one for my other knee.

He was in excruciating pain immediately following the procedure, and despite repeated attempts to reach the podiatrist, we were unable to speak with him until the following afternoon. Because the surgery was performed on a Friday and the office was closed, we felt completely without guidance or support during what turned out to be a very difficult postoperative period. Instead of addressing our concerns with compassion, the podiatrist became confrontational when asked why we received no post operative guidance and why he was unavailable. He raised his voice, spoke over me and focused on defending himself rather than addressing my husband's condition. As a spouse advocating for my husband, I found his behavior both shocking and unprofessional. My husband is currently hospitalized due complications from his surgery but we are hoping for a full recovery. I realize that complications can come from any surgery but communication, availability and respectful treatment of patients should never be an option. Due to our experience I cannot recommend this practice. I have to leave a star unfortunately in order to post this review.
