Didn't have the silver metallic flats with no embellishment, would love it if they carried more metallic flats. Loving the calf hair black/brown and cream flats, goes with tons of things, much better than the Dr. Scholl's leopard print I bought a while back. I think I buy about 3/4 of my shoe collection from DSW, the rest from boutique shops as I prefer unique wears when possible. The biggest challenge was the lack of floor assistance--no one was available to help for most of my time there. Toward the end, I did find one helpful associate who set up a dressing room and assisted with items, which I truly appreciated. Another major issue was the clothing tags. Many items weren't labeled correctly, and the hangers didn't match the actual sizes. I had to check inside each garment to confirm sizing, which made the process frustrating and time-consuming. This isn't the Macy's I remember from past shopping experiences.
