It gets crowded but today I was relaxed and enjoyed my workout. Its a large gym so the volume of people continues to flow. There are towels and a shower. The staff seems to get mixed in and isnt as personable and friendly as my normal home one. This gym has it all from pool, to turf like workout yard, to cycles, ignite room, to recovery rooms, saunas and yes private saunas with showers. Well worth the dollar.

It was a great combo of HIIT style exercises - both cardio and lifting with varying weights so adjust for strength. I've taken a couple of other classes at different locations and can honestly say that even though workouts may be similar at different locations it definitely matters finding the right location for you. The classes always start on time and there are different challenges you can participate in throughout the year to change things up. It's a fun workout and seeing your splat points and calories burned while you're working out definitely helps keep up the motivation!
