I have had the best experience here. The ownership is great. Since the new ownership, they have put in a lot of work into the place with outdoor workout stations, and new equipment. They even have a kid friendly area to keep your kids occupied while you workout. I've been going to this gym for 5 years now and have not been interested going anywhere else. I lost almost 20lbs and 8 percent body fat in my 1st 6 week challenge there. The instructors are all friendly and knowledgeable in making sure you are doing everything correctly for strength and conditioning. Members are friendly and we all encourage one another no matter what level you might be. For the classes, you have options, Metcons and HIIT classes to choose from. Both offer great strength and conditioning. The best part of it for me is that is a pretty tight community and I enjoy challenging myself with others. The other thing I enjoy is that I don't have to think about what I'm going to do, the workouts are all planned out and working out by myself is not as enjoyable as working out with a community. read more

Amazing gym. Supportive members, attentive coaches. Excellent, motivating music that the coaches are soooo flexible with you can give suggestions!!!! Gym get-togethers like bonfires in the summer. Fun cookie competitions annually because everyone loves a sweet treat. Annual back to school drive and canned food donations, this gym cares and gives back to the community. Offers yoga and step box. Emphasis on strength, health, and proper nutrition to lead to a high quality of life. Many options for class times, even a couple Sunday classes. This is a mediocre gym, but they play urban shit music only, so i will quit going here. All they need to do to increase membership is turn the crappy music to something that appeals to their customer base, not to a minority. At least you should have turned the noisy crap down so I could listen to my own music. Having to listen to noise that calls women whores, white people Nazi, insulting or encouraging various criminal, sexual behaviors, and violence is probably a civil rights complaint as well. I'll leave that for other members to decide, since I'm no longer there. read more

I really dont want to be that guy, but please take a moment to research "gym launch secrets" before committing to an establishment like this. They leave behind a trail of multiple failed gyms with sometimes not the best management staff. You can find podcasts of them describing their sales tactics pretty quickly on google -- if you feel good about it, then feel free to proceed -- but do so with caution. I would prioritize finding a wellness and health focused gym rather than one where the owners boast about how quickly they make a profit. read more

An excellent CrossFit gym wamazing coaches and a wonderful community of members. Employees are attentive and understanding of members needs and help set goals. The staff is well-educated in CrossFit training, they also provide easier options for people less familiar with CrossFit or who just want simpler workouts. The owners of this CrossFit gym are friendly, outgoing, and check in to see how you are doing if you haven't been in a few days. They really care about members well-being and safety. Amazing community. Wonderful coaches. I've noticed that multiple Crossfits I've attended on the east coast have had a very impersonal feel to it, but Crossfit WSA isn't like that. People care about each other, push each other, and have a good time. I really recommend this Crossfit. read more
