I kid you not, they asked me about 15 times after that if I needed help. The answer was still no. Then associates walked and watched me so much that it made them uncomfortable. So, imagine how I felt. After we locked eyes for the umpteenth time, one worker even stated, "OMG, I promise I'm not stalking you, let me stop walking before you think I'm watching you". Now, I needed these products so I went ahead and checked out. My total was a little over $100 (drugstore products). I'm black and yes, that matters. Before walking out I waited to see if the workers were extremely helpful to a group of three white women who were also in the store. To no surprise, they weren't. They were able to shop without a worker in site. Needless to say, I did a return and won't be back. If you like being racially profiled, you'll love this location. If not, spend your money elsewhere.

Today I visited the Southaven location and in comparison to the Germantown location it was a HUGE…read morelet down. The sales associate at the Southaven location was EXTREMELY rude. There was only 1 person working so I patiently waited for her to finish with another customer. When she finally got to me a man walked in looking for perfume. She walked away from as I was talking to point him to the perfume and continuously yelled out to him about him needing help or if he needed something. Honestly I felt like she thought I was not going to purchase anything significant and was trying not to lose the man's sale. (Even though she doesn't work on commission.) Ultimately, the man felt like the fragrances cost to much and left. Of course by this time I am irritated. I asked for samples of a few products and I will just let you all look at the differences in the pictures. Southaven Sales Associate: The sales associate said " it's not meant to be a full use. It just for you to put somewhere like behind your ear to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction." Germantown Sales Associate: "this should give you a couple of uses to make sure you really like the product!" The Sales Associates at the Germantown location were EXTREMELY attentive. Asked me questions about what I was looking for and skin issues I had and then made suggestions of products and gave me FULL samples of EVERY product I asked for without question or excuse. I live in MS but I will drive ALL the way to Germantown EVERY-TIME I want to buy something from now on. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THE SOUTHAVEN LOCATION!
