Pebbles (blue heeler, 1.5 years old) would never listen to me, would not sit or lay still, and had a lot of other obedience issues that caused her to be stressed or confused. She was a TOUGH dog to train and I was concerned I couldn't find the solution for her to get basic concepts. This view has completely changed since working with RSK9's 3 week program. I would HIGHLY recommend them and their methods - you can tell they genuinely love working with dogs and it's made a huge difference in giving my dog the chance to find real rest at home. They send DAILY updates with photos and videos which was so nice. This isn't a regular class or something you just pay for; it's truly an investment that you and your dog will be using for the time you get to share together. Side note: it's worth doing 3 weeks versus 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark is when Pebbles really started to understand her marks and cues. I was so nervous to take our sweet pup Kip to a dog trainer, but I'm so glad we did. Kip has some fear aggression with men and after reading all of Bridget's reviews, I thought she ma be the perfect fit for Kip. Immediately upon arriving to our private session, she was calm and sweet with Kip. Within 15 minutes into the session, he was responding to commands from her such as sit, down and leave it! We had a two hour private session and I can honestly say I saw a huge difference in Kip just after the one session. He seems to have more confidence, is listening to my commands when he becomes nervous and seems happier! She only uses positive training methods...which was a must for us. She trains using treats, eye contact and positive reinforcement! We will be going back for her elementary manners class in a few weeks and I am sooo excited to see the progress Kip will continue to make! Adam came to our home to help with our three year old that we adopted in January. We don't have…read moremany people over so Luda was overstimulated at having a visitor. Adam quietly took a seat and allowed Luda to respond as he naturally would. When he had seen enough to evaluate, he gently took hold of his collar and corrected him. I've never seen Luda's butt hit a floor so fast. He was great about showing us how to correctly correct Luda's behavior, and gave us the priceless advice of not raising our voice, and explaining what the dog was thinking as well and how to use that to get him to behave properly. It was well worth the money, Adam showed up on time, and we'll be using him again when we've implemented his suggestions so that Luda responds without question. He is already SO much better! The cost was $500 just for the cremation, which through a non-emergency vet would be around $200. Because of the holiday I could not transport the body to a vet and so paid up. Then I was shown a folder of memorial urns and items I could buy. I was appalled. Grieving people do not make good choices, but usurious Agape thinks it can make more bucks by playing on our sorrow. But the real horror, after all that, was finding out my cat's cremains were being shipped through the post office--the cheapest way possible and so insulting. sending your pet home on a mail truck. I was able to get the cremains off the truck and to the vet, but for $500 I should have received Fed Ex kid glove treatment. I fault the vet clinic for using this greedy company. I have had other cats cremated and have never experienced such treatment. I just wonder if the ashes I get will be my cat's--some places take videos of their cremations, but I expect Agape has no proof the ashes are whose they say they are. Shame on them.

Let's start with they put my dog's ashes in the back of a UPS truck and made me sit around for 7…read morehours to sign for them. I'd have HAPPILY driven to the facility to retrieve them if given the option- which I was not. The thought of him in the back of the truck all day, bouncing around with people's online shopping orders made me sick. Then I get the ashes, and when I went to take 1/4 tsp to send away for memorial jewelry, it was nearly impossible to get 1/4 tsp of smooth ash as the container is FULL OF BIG BONE fragments! I cannot believe how lazy and uncaring this company is. Utterly heartbreaking experience. EDIT: I would like to note that a manager has called, twice, and offered a refund, additional mementos and to reprocess. He confirmed that the state I received Max back in was not up to their standards. I appreciate his sincerity, and just wish this never happened in the first place.
