No, No, No. Do not waste your time at this clinic. Seriously, you are better off going to the ER, or even staying home. I was having basic flu symptoms- nausea, dizziness, fever, aches, etc. I went in to get a prescription for THE FLU. While I did get in rather quickly, the positive stops there. Once the doctor came into the room she ordered a urine sample (?) and said that I would need a pelvic exam (???) while rudely pushing my husband out the door. She then told me that I needed to be STD tested and proceeded to take all kinds of blood samples. When I told her I was simply there to cure the flu, she shushed me and said that I had something much more serious. While giving the urine sample, I noticed a newly forming rash on my left leg and she told me to ignore that, it wasn't a concern. Lastly, she instructed me NOT to talk with my HUSBAND about the testing, because it would probably cause conflict in my marriage, and she wanted to be able to sleep at night. She sent me out of there with nothing. ....Fast forward to the next day~ rash has broken out all over, and I go to the ER. Sure enough, I was having something more serious than the flu- a severe allergic reaction. This quack should not be in practice! For those of you who go to these Doc-in-the-boxes on a regular basis due to low cost~ STOP! I found an awesome general physician with the same copay as the clinic. I'l never, ever, ever go here again, and you shouldn't either. read more

I am a little surprised by the poor reviews. I have been to this clinic at least 5 times and never had a problem. I have a regular doctor but this place is cheaper and much faster if it's nothing major. It certainly beats the emergency room!!! I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes to see a doctor or a nurse practitioner. Just like any clinic you may not always see a doctor but in my opinion sometimes the nurse practitioner is better anyway! I have insurance and they have always filed with my health insurance company with no problem. To me this place is exactly what it should be...A walk in clinic! read more

I stopped by Perimeter Clinic (on advice from my girlfriend - she had gone there a few weeks ago) when I woke up Sunday morning having an allergic reaction (I had never had one before, but my hands and eyes were very swollen - one eye almost swollen shut). They open at 12 on Sunday, so I got there early and waited in the parking lot. I was the first one in the door when they opened and about 6 or 7 people came in behind me. I had to fill out the new patient paperwork, so another guy went to see the doctor before I did (understandable), so I was the second one to go back. No problem for me - no need for everyone else to wait while I fill out paperwork. The receptionist was very nice. The nurse that called me back was very nice and professional. He treated me well and did the initial consultation, along with the temperature and blood pressure checks. He was very polite. He left and it took a little less than 5 minutes for the doctor to come in (not a long wait, in my opinion). The doctor took his time, checked me out and asked a few questions. He was also very polite and professional - he was very easy to talk with. I had to get a shot (no fun), which the same nurse came in to administer. He was very nice during this and talked me through it (I don't like shots, but I'm not afraid of them, either). I left the info to file a claim with insurance, so I haven't yet seen a bill, but I will say that based on my experience with the staff (all 3 of the people I dealt with where professional and accommodating), I would return. So I had to visit a clinic (for dreaded female problems) and was in-between insurance. I didn't want to pay a whole lot to be seen for a routine exam and I didn't want to wait until I started my new job to see a dr. I read the reviews online and I have to say, some of them did scare me off a bit. But, I called anyway and decided to do the walk-in thing. So glad I did. I got there and was seen within 20 mins. Nurse Kelly was super helpful as she explained the rates and payment process. The doctor was cool (I can't remember her name though.) She was this super petite, white-haired lady with a nice accent. I won't speculate where she was from, but all that matters was she gave good care. I got in, got out and got what I needed. If you know how female problems can be, then you know how awesome a quick visit with effective treatment can be. I will be insured again as of next week so I won't have a need to visit this clinic again. But, for anyone looking to get seen in a hurry and treated well, this is the place to be. The less one star is for there only being one walk-in location, not for anything visit related. read more

The seriousness of this occurrence warrants public address. Today, I arrived at AllCare (Perimeter Clinic) on Roswell Road in Atlanta, at 9:15am complaining of mild chest discomfort that occurred during my morning workout. The gentleman at the desk informed me that I could not be seen because Dr. Lamp is only conducting tele appointments for patients experiencing chest or pulmonary concerns. This sounded outlandish, and I immediately responded, "You want patients with chest pain and pulmonary concerns to book a virtual appointment." He responded in the affirmative. Still baffled, I proceeded to leave shaking my head in disbelief. He offered a card while providing instructions on how to book the appointment on the website, "Be sure that you select book virtual care." I then asked to use the restroom before I left, and he responded that there was no restroom due to issues and that a plumber had been called to service them. (These were the guest restrooms, but they also have a restroom in the office area that I've used in the past which he could've offered but chose not to.) Again, in disbelief, I left. I scheduled the virtual appointment for 2:30 as directed. I logged in for the virtual visit and continued to wait. Around 2:45 my cell rings and it's the triage nurse expressing that she wanted to get some information before Dr. Lamp logged in to see me (15 minutes late, but understandable. It's busy I assume.). As we were talking, Dr. Lamp is overheard in the background, "I'm not seeing him over the web. He will need to come in for anything relating to the chest" (paraphrasing). The nurse then repeats what he said assuming I didn't hear the exchange. At this point he has requested that I come back into the office that he turned me away from earlier. I pointed out that I had been turned away earlier and the nurse put me on hold to discuss with Dr. Lamp. When she returned, she stated that the receptionist that I met with earlier thought it was a COVID case. I never suggested anything regarding COVID and that was never a discussion between us. More than upset at this point, I gathered my things and started to head back to the facility as requested. Two minutes later, my phone rang and it was a receptionist stating that she didn't see me logged in for my online appointment and that she had sent me a different link to access. I'm totally baffled at this point and asked if I should be coming in or logging in. She asked, "Did someone ask you to come in?" What lack of communication taking place at this facility! I don't know if it's specifically with Dr. Lamp or if it's this way with all of the physicians, but I've never encountered this level of confusion at a doctor's office. While I'm sure they are all highly skilled, instances like this suggest an ineptness that I'm not accustomed to. She placed me on hold. When she returned she asked that I proceed to coming in instead of accessing the new link that was provided. While the individuals that I actually spoke with were pleasant (the nurse and the receptionist) it cannot outweigh the carelessness and misdirection that was given by Dr. Lamp today to all parties involved. First, you turn away a patient that has complained of chest discomfort. Secondly, you ask that same patient to travel back in lieu of the virtual appointment that was set. And, it is beyond unconscionable that he didn't take the time to speak with me to at least apologize for the inconvenience experienced beginning with the arrival and dismissal earlier in the day as well as the virtual visit call that he never attended. This is not the way to run a reputable physicians' office. I am grateful that my discomfort appears to be minor. It didn't rise to the level of an ER visit (in my opinion), but I'm not a clinician and that's exactly the advice that I was seeking from Dr. Lamp today. Unfortunately, I still don't know. Now, I'm off to find another physician who is accepting patients with chest issues. I hope that your experience will be far greater than mine today, but today's events were noteworthy. read more

This clinic is great because you can make an appointment online at zocdoc.com (how convenient!) OR walk-in. The hours are great, especially for a working person. I forgot the nurse's name, but she was efficient, easygoing, and friendly. Dr. Kovacs is great as well. She's definitely knowledgeable and has great suggestions. Also, you're always welcome to visit her even if you already have a different primary care provider. She's very sweet. We've been here for multiple visits (while in between doctor's visits) for minor issues. The wait time is extremely minimal, and the location is great. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs something quick and can't get to their doc. Dr. K can also be your PCP as well if you wanted! read more

This place is great for a walk in clinic. If you are sick, they give you medication, you get better. It's that simple. They generally get to you pretty quickly, I've waited five minutes and I've waited 30. It just depends on how busy they are. Open when you need them to be and you don't need an appointment. If I called my regular doctor to get an appointment because I was sick they would tell me I had to wait 3 days. I don't want to be sick 3 extra days I don't have to be -missing work- and then still wait a few days for medication to work. I'm sick now and need meds! They gave me a prescription for zyrtec which was awesome because a generic prescription for 30 pills is $5 with my insurance and a bottle of 20 off the shelf is $15 or more. Sweet! I love this place so much I quit using my regular doctor because he made me feel like I was about to die. He tried to look so hard for things that were wrong with me and made me go see a million other specialists (doctor buddies) about nothing that was actually wrong and wasted a ton of my money. No one has ever been remotely rude to me. They are very busy but they get everything done- including calling my pharmacy to refill prescriptions immediately after I call them even though I could hear the background going crazy when I called so I know they were super busy. Love it! Definitely recommend if you want in and out service and to actually get better!! read more

I came here for bc scripts and thought that this would be a good place to come back to since Dr. Kovacs appears to be very nice. She is good if you need that. Don't waste your time or money trying to establish a client/patient relationship with her though. I have been trying to be treated for an issue with little to no help. She prescribed me 1 dose of something that for me needs two rounds to knock it out and when I called, she said I'd have to come back in to see about that. Just makes little sense considering it's common to do 2 doses. I am always pressured to come in, no doubt so that they can extort more money from me and the nurse practitioner seems to just say whatever it'll take to get me out of there - in this case, filling a script I needed the next day when the doctor will be available. Don't go! This clinic talked me into paying CASH rather than filing with my insurance. I found out later that the insurance would have paid it all. This is a follow up to the review about unethical billing practices. I just spoke to my insurance company (Cigna) about the claim that Sasha said in the comment to my previous review that the clinic did not file. Cigna in fact paid this claim to the clinic, so now they have my money for the immunization (full amount) and the insurance companies payment. I was also told by my insurance provider that since the clinic is "In Network" they have to file an insurance claim for me, and that immunizations are covered 100%. Second...I'll just copy and paste my google review...which happens to be one of the extremely rare HONEST reviews of this place. They hired Reach Local to help them with web traffic and Reach Locals strategy is to fill up the google profile with fake good reviews and then they try to go hard on the people who actually reviewed based on their EXPERIENCE with this place. So, without further adieu, he's my review...hey that rhymes..... Very unprofessional clinic. Used their services in February 2011. Of course they were extremely quick when meeting with me for the first time, and they showed great efficiency at extracting $300 out of my bank account. However, I learned that despite calling about my test results every day in the interim, they had apparently been sitting on my test results for two business days without contacting me about anything. I asked a lab tech why I was not contacted for two business days despite the results just sitting there and he replied " because of the way you've been treating people in the office". I think that's funny because all I've done is try to find out my test results and ask why it's taken so long. I haven't even sworn at someone here. I also think it's funny that they abandon the Hippocratic Oath because they don't like answering tough questions. I would NEVER recommend this place unless you just want to be treated like total garbage despite the money you spend. This office has zero follow-through ability and I'll never make the mistake of going to this place again. It's a joke how they treat their patients. Enjoy the $300. I don't know how far that's going to stretch you. A company called REACH LOCAL manages their website so I also think they are stuffing their reviews with people who are paid by Reach Local to do it for a job...maybe that explains why most of these rave reviews are so vague. I think it also explains why so few people found my review helpful, while all these vague reviews are deemed to be helpful by a large number of people. Really look at these reviews and analyze what you're seeing. A reputable company should not have to resort to these types of tactics to trick you into thinking they do a good job. Check it out.....SEVERAL of their clients seem to all go to the same places, including multiple car dealerships and Community Property Managment.....coincidence?.....not in my opinion. Also, the retort that they have posted since I reviewed this place does nothing to explain why they denied me my results for two whole business days despite the results being available. Not only did I not get any phone calls from them, but they also just sat on my results for 48 hours. 48 hours. Regardless of what the results say, they have no right to not give me the information I paid $300 for. I don't blame Dr. Rikter, but at the same time, I was treated extremely poorly by his staff and I can only anticipate that you will receive the same sub-par service and follow up if you go to them. Ok, we're back to present time now....he's what I want you to do, if you have the time and energy...go look at all those reviews with pictures next to them and go look at the businesses they have reviewed and when they've reviewed them. It's astounding how stupid Reach Local and Perimeter think all of us are. Go look at the timeline....you'll be amazed at how people are filing a BK, buying 2 cars from 2 different dealerships, and then going to the Cheetah club, and then using services far away...all within a month's or two time. It is pretty rare that I have an experience so awful that I give the place one star. In fact, I don't think I have ever done that before, since I write primarily positive reviews. But here's the deal, this place is the WORST. I am warning you, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I got to my appointment today on time, because I respect other people's time, ESPECIALLY a doctor's time. I checked in and waited. And waited. AND WAITED for over an hour. Part of me wanted to ask for a refund and leave the place because I had to take off from work to be there. But no, I continued to wait, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I was led back by a nurse who seemed miserable and unhappy, and barely spoke to me. When the doctor finally saw me, I politely asked if they could refund my copay since I'd waited so long. I told her politely that I was trying to establish a relationship with a new primary care provider, who I'd begin to see regularly. She was nice enough, and told me she'd check with the front desk but didn't think they would do this, or anything else. Okay, well, fine. So we continued the checkup, wherein she was looking at my arm to figure out the source of some pain I've been having. I told her what I thought the problem was - and she told me she thought it was one of 4 things (all which I'd already considered, and mentioned) and told me to continue working out / using my hurt arm, until it healed itself. So I'll take advil. Okay, still fine, whatever, at least I'm not dying. But what got me was - when we went back to the front desk, she barely showed the chart to the receptionist to ask for my refund - looked at me - and gave me a shrug. They wouldn't give me this tiny refund, the least they could do, after wasting all of this time, and not giving me any sort of real answer as to what was wrong. The worst service of any doctor I have ever been to. So, for the most frustrating experience, I literally wasted 2 hours of my life when you combine commute time to their awful depressing clinic and the hour wait. Go anywhere else. Seriously. I chose this clinic only because it's close to where I live. And I thought I only had constant coughing so how bad can one mess that up? However, that was the beginning of my nightmare. First time visit I was diagnosed with "throat infection." A female doctor treated me. I was prescribed with coughing syrup (which makes me drowsy the whole time but doesn't really stop coughing) and Z pack. After a week, my coughing has gone worse so I came back. Another gentleman treated me and diagnosed my illness as "sinus infection." Oh well that's fine they missed the first time. He prescribed me some antibiotic which is really strong. I am never allergic to penicillin but suffer from hyperactivity and short of breath after taking it. I was like - seriously? I need to go back again? I went back the next day explaining my side effects. The same doctor listened to my heart beat and basically questioned why I was there again. I described my side effects and adverse reaction. He prescribed me amoxicillin this time. 10 days, 20 pills. I understand that he wanted to suppress the infection, but I'm only 120 lbs 5'7" tall. I feel the dose is way too strong for my body. Ever since I started taking the medicine, I had so many issues. I suffered from antibiotic associated diarrhea and then my stomach started hurting last Friday and never stopped hurting. I highly suspect the overly strong antibiotics hurt my stomach and I started having symptoms of ulcer. Now I need to go to a real hospital and get endoscopy, not to mention all the pain I have endured during this process. I can't believe a simple cough can cause a possible ulcer! Something I can fix with 20 bucks now I'm awaiting a 1000 dollar bill. Thanks perimeter clinic of buckhead. The only fancy thing about this place is its name. read more

Dr. Rikhter has employed a collection agency that is trying to charge me for someone else's bill. That agency sent someone else's confidential medical information to me without establishing that I was the patient in question. I have filed a HIPAA violation complaint with OCR today and informed Perimeter Clinic Bulkhead that the collection agency representing them has violated federal law. I went for an annual physical recently and left feeling extremely upset. I am willing to admit that I am overweight and I have no problem with a health professional informing me that I need to lose x number of pounds for my health. However, the nurse I saw informed me that "your skin is beautiful but you could be so pretty if you lost oh hmm maybe 40 or so pounds." Would you like to tell me how much you hate my haircut too? What if my skin were ugly? To me, that felt very judgmental and made me want to crawl out the door with embarrassment. In my opinion, her statement was unprofessional. The doctor asked me point blank how much student loan debt I had after she and I discussed how I am tired and working two jobs. That felt awkward to me. I'd rather not discuss personal finance with a physician. Maybe that's just me though. The wait time was very short and maybe this is a good place to go if you have some type of cough/cold type issue going on. read more

As far as a 7-day-a-week walk-in clinic goes, this place is pretty good. They charge just your co-pay to see a doctor, which (if you have to see a doctor RIGHT NOW) is better than the alternative of going to the hospital emergency room. For someone like me, who doesn't have a General Practitioner or Family Doctor or has an aversion to doctors in general, this place is pretty much good. They are here for things like general illnesses, colds... whatever (mostly minor) thing you may need to see a doctor about. They don't do broken bones or stuff like that - but if you wanted a doctors opinion as to whether something is serious enough for a hospital visit, or just need some antibiotics to get rid of your cold... they are pretty good. They are kind of far away for me to visit - although I did three or four times before I found my current MD. The docs are nice enough, the nurses seem nice (busy but nice). And... I got better. And they were there (and open) when I needed them... so I can't really complain. I'm luke-warm on them - which is why they only get 3 stars. For as great a thing as they are to have, they were far away. And they seem to like to listen to your symptoms, give you an RX for meds, and kick you out - which is understandable, because after all it IS still a business. All in all, if you need a doc - and you're closer to them than I am... go. By all means GO! Get better. But I wouldn't suggest making them you're go-to practice. read more

This place impressed me a lot. I walked in and 30 minutes later I walked out with a prescription. I totally love the quick service. I didn't even need an appointment. My roommate recommended me to this place and for good reason. I really appreciate the quick attention. I am writing to explain my personal experience with Dr. Rikhter and this clinic. I have been a patient if his for close to twenty years and consider him to be one if the finest personal physicians I have ever had. He consistently shows obvious concern for me as an individual, takes the time to be sure I understand each aspect of diagnosis and treatment, always explains choices clearly, asks lots of questions and LISTENS to the answers, and never shows irritation at being questioned or challenged in the event that I might have another idea about my own treatment. Specifically, some years back I was tested with very high cholesterol levels (which remain high today). He prescribed Lipitor after explaining possible adverse effects. After two weeks of using it I threw it away as it was making me feel tired, sore and old. A friend who had gone into the hospital for a heart attack mentioned an arterial/heart scan that his doctors had suggested should be given to all suspect patients (including those with high cholesterol). When I queried Dr. Rikhter about this, rather than resisting, he corroborated that this would be worth investigating. Long story short, the test corroborated that while cholesterol levels in my blood are high I have virtually zero blockage. He went on to suggest a further "stress" test, just to be sure, and after clearing that he suggested that he could see no compelling reason for me to go on statins (Lipitor or otherwise), even though stAtistics suggest otherwise. I have his blessing to continue without medication, just repeating the routine tests every five years. I could cite any number of other specific experiences with his professional staff, nurses, et al, and not a single negative experience on almost twenty years. I will agree that the front office has at times seemed aggressive with regard to billing, and not always as organized as I wish it were. On the other hand I have always been informed of lab results and had follow up calls, mostly by my doctor in person, on an extremely timely basis. Again, the information has been clear, patiently delivered, and I am always given the chance to ask questions or state any concerns. Once I praised Dr. Rikhter to one of his PA's who was leaving his practice. Her parting words were that even though she had once worked for Johns Hopkins in Baltimore (one of the nations most widely recognized teaching hospitals) she felt so strongly about Dr. Rikhter that she would be flying back from New Hampshire (or Vermont) every year to see him for her annual physical. I corroborate this kind of enthusiasm. read more

I saw the PA, Dr. Seabolt and was very impressed with his overall approach. He checked me out for anything concerning, but decided that I should save my money/body from any unnecessary tests or treatments. He was also quick to tell me any symptoms to watch out for and that he'd be around the rest of the weekend if I needed to come back. It's scary to go to a clinic at times because you don't know what to expect--in this case I really lucked out! Highly recommend! read more

Went in with sinus infection and sore throat. 400.00 dollars and several weeks later, still sick. Went back to get prescriptions renewed, wanted 85.00 more dollars to treat me for something she didn't get right the first time. It's really sad that I have to write this, but people should be warned. They twice gave me nerve damage in my arm from a routine venipuncture (withdrawing blood) and lied about it. The blood draw hurt so badly that I yelled out in pain; it felt like my arm was electrocuted and my hand was on fire, and the pain has continued since then. This happened on a Wed and Thurs (b/c they forgot to take enough blood the first time). On Fri, it hurt so badly I went in to get it checked. The PA for Dr. Alex Rikhter (Dr. Rikhter isn't actually here), admitted it was nerve damage and told me next time to ask for blood withdrawn from my left arm and to ask for a butterfly needle. I asked if I would be charged for this visit, and he said he would talk to the office and call me. He never called, and he lied to the office manager. She said that he stated there was not any damage caused by anything they did here, and they would be charging me, and I wasn't allowed to talk to him (they were not the least bit concerned about a dishonest medical professional, or they were aware of the implications to their business - the PA knew exactly what to do and say to portray this dishonestly and get me out of the door asap). Luckily I have decent insurance, and I am seeing a specialist. However people should know: if you go here, you may get nerve damage from a routine blood draw, and they'll lie to you about it. Look up venipuncture nerve damage to see the kind of permanent damage this can cause. The worst part is they are lying to avoid responsibility instead of training their employees after mistakes are made. read more

First, please be careful when reading the reviews most of the positive reviews are from a company they hired. I would venture to say, especially after my experience, the negative reviews are real people, with real experiences with this tragic company. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and am extremely knowledgeable on the central nervous, skeletal, and muscular systems to say the least. So I know how to describe and explain my symptoms and know when I've pulled something versus something a lot more serious. The only reason I went here was because my great fabulous doctor was out that Friday and I was in the worst pain I've ever experienced and I foolishly ran out of my pain meds and muscle relaxer. I saw David Seabolt, P.A.. He was rude and way too cocky for his position. I told him what my doctor and I had been doing these last couple of weeks and why I needed to see the Clinic instead of my doctor. He spent all of 5 minutes listening to me explain my symptoms and in the end diagnosed me with a pulled muscle contradicting the last two weeks of treatment by my competent, knowledgeable medical doctor. I was floored. He did however give me a prescription for what I needed. So it wasn't completely in vain seeing him. It was just unfortunate I had to go through his nasty hoops to get it accomplished. Five days later, I had an MRI, it is actually a herniated disc with a pinched nerve, which I subsequently had an Epideral Steroid Injection!!! Doesn't sound like a pulled muscle to me. I am so tired of these types of "doctors" in our medical system. With that being said, there is a clear reason he works at a quick fly by night medical clinic instead of a professional, courteous facility. If you have a common cold and need a sick note, this is the place to go. I came because ZocDoc recommended Dr. Kovacs for primary care and she was wonderful. She saw me quickly, did a very thorough exam and was very responsive to my questions. She gave me a prescription for imitrex for migraines and a coupon! Seems like a smart lady and great doctor. The facility is kind of small and is way out in Buckhead. Only downside :( read more

Just my own experience and opinion- Dark and dreary. The extremely uninterested and rude staff seemed to resent my interruption of their personal conversation. They were not concerned in the least with attending to my needs, even when there wasn't a soul there but me. Would only go back if they were the last place on earth. read more

Never coming back here again! I lost my antibiotic prescription and called to check if i could get the antibiotic called in. Whoever picked up the phone explained very rudely and condescendingly that I would have to be seen again because it was "my responsibility to not lose the prescription" HA!. A simple no ma'am I am very sorry we cant do that would have been sufficient (obviously losing my scrip was not my intention). If i recall the patients pay your bills and you should act as such (its not like i needed some crazy drug just some antibiotics). There are a million clinics in Atlanta and after two years of having this be my clinic of choice i do not mind going a block up the street to one of the many other clinics. Way to lose business guys! read more

THE BAD LADY GOT FIRED!!! My husband went to the clinic for some sleep medicine prior to his CPA exam. He's been taking it on and off for a while and never had anyone give him a hard time about it. This woman doctor that worked there came in and told him he was a drugy and that this med was a controlled substance! I called her and told her, no, it is not controlled. I am a nurse and know it is not 100%! She continued to say it was and would not give him enough to last 1 1/2 weeks! Somehow, Dr. Rikhter got wind of this and fired her. I guess there had been some other problems with the lady. He even had my husband come in and meet with him. He prescribed him plenty and refills if he needs it again. There was no charge for the second visit. My husband really liked Dr. Rikhter and would definitely go to him again. read more

Been coming here for the past five years whenever I'm in a pinch and I can't get in to see my primary care physician. They are always very thorough (considering the fact that its a doc in the box) and I'm always in and out in no time at all. They have treated me for small things like pink eye, strep throat, etc. I've always had very positive experiences here and will continue to use them when minor health issues pop up! read more

My husband has several broken ribs and was in excruciating pain. He went to the clinic hoping for something to relieve the pain until he could see his PCP. Dr. Agnes Kovacs poked at his ribs and said that she didn't believe him. She went on to say that the pain was probably from herpes. (What?!?!?!) If only he had the x-rays to show her; he has 12 broken ribs! She was extremely rude and condescending. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

This clinic has turned me over to a collection agency that has been hounding me over an alleged bill from 4-5 years ago. Have told the collection agency I'd be glad to pay what I owe, if I owe, but don't recall the clinic and asked that they have the clinic send the records to the address of the patient they have on file. If it is me I should of course get it. I've called the clinic too but the want me to come in to review anything which I'm not near them and am not going to do. The collection agency uses lots of different phone numbers to get you to answer and so now I state my case and then give them a carriage of the most profane disgusting comments I can imagine. That may be too much but it makes me feel better. 4-5 years ago is awhile back. It is, I huess, possible I went there but cannot for the life on me recall it. As a MD myself I find it unlikely I'd forget being sick, and find the clinic's refusal to send me information to the home address on their records, that I can confirm along with other demographic data. The fact they waited years to pursue this, started with a collections agency, nay be in error, and won't send me general (not test results or even diagnosis...but just chief complaint etc...makes them a seriously lousy organization that should be avoided at all costs. I notice also a similar complaint by another guy where they sent out wrong medical records. I applaud him for reporting them. read more

Dr. Agnes Kovacs was very nice and diagnosed my illness and prescribed me antibiotics. She also let me know Publix gives antibiotics for free. I had no idea. So why such a low rating? They told me I could not use my insurance since they were not my primary care, so I paid via my AMEX. I had to return the next day with a sample to drop off and told me that the insurance would pay for the labwork. What gets me is that they charge my insurance $100 for an office visit just to drop off a sample. I didn't see a Doctor and I was in the office less than 3 minutes. Amazing. I called to question and they said they would get back with me...which they never did. I was going to switch to her as my Primary Car until I got doubled billed. That's too bad as Dr Kovacs is very nice and knowledgeable. read more

Dr. Agnes is a very sweet but she had me waiting for an hour and a half until I even went into the back waiting room. When I asked the receptionist, how long she then finally told me they were backed up. That was no reason to have me waiting these for 1 whole hour without any notice. I was very pleased with my visit to the Perimeter Clinic. The waiting time was less than 5 minutes; the paper work was only one page; and both the physician assistant and doctor were pleasant and to the point. The doctor reviewed by symptoms and prescribed just what I needed. read more

Terrible experience. After waiting an hour and a half, two patients were seen ahead of me who arrived after me because the woman at the front desk hadn't processed my paperwork yet. Dated facility and urine sample was left in the bathroom for 45 minutes. Really awful experience - not worth going here when there are so many other options nearby. read more

GARBAGE SERVICES...A DOCTOR??/ The lady who is the office manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered. You ask to speak to your OWN doctor and she will tell you you cannot speak to someone else but her, shes the office manager and what she say goes!! If you want to, you can come by and pay the money it costs to visit the clinic and then you can ask any questions even if its a 2 second question to your doctor. They give you some months of refill for a medication and then refuse to send the approval to the insurance company so you can get your refill covered. They tell you you need to come to the office and be 're-evaluated' when they gave you the refills in the first place!!! However if you pay for the medication from your own pocket, then you dont have to visit their rude clinic. Dr. Mansour is a very nice lady, but their staff needs a good degree in Human Services if they got one they got it from GARBAGE university. read more
