It's was later in the afternoon and there were 4 people ahead of me. I waited maybe 40 minutes. Once in the exam room I was taken care of immediately, then met the PA. She was very thorough, answering any questions I had and concerns about treatment. All together a good experience. I live nearby this location and have been using this facility for over 7 years. I like that it's on the MyChart system so my PCP can see the test results and read any notes. I knew I couldn't get an appt with my PCP that day and this is so convenient so I choose to return here. I've also taken out of town guests here and they were pleased with the care received.

One thing I like about AllCare in general is that they're both an urgent care and they have primary care docs, so it's super easy to see your PCP after hours or on weekends if you work typical business hours. The facility was easy to find and the receptionist was very patient with me. The entire facility was clean and the check-in process was smooth. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait too long to be seen. There is ample parking since it's right next to a Publix. What made the situation worse was the communication afterward. The provider initially told me there was simply a delay in processing, despite apparently already knowing that the sample had been sent incorrectly and could not be processed. I was subsequently assured that I would receive a refund. After following up, I was told the refund was still being processed, only to later be informed by the corporate office that no refund would be provided after all. Mistakes happen, but misleading a customer, acknowledging the problem, promising a refund, and then reversing that decision is unacceptable. The way this situation was handled completely destroyed my confidence in this clinic. I would not recommend it.

I have extremely rare condition which causes rare subset conditions that most doctors pass off on me as "difficult". The Doctors here and their P.A.'s have always gone the mile for me and it has made a difference in my overall quality of life and care. My wife found this incredible company online and within 40 minutes I had a real doctor and nurse in my kitchen! They took my vitals and administered an antibiotic shot and prescribed me an oral antibiotic. This team is the real deal. My option was driving 30 minutes and waiting in a lobby of an urgent care or going to an ER and waiting 4 hours or more. I am so happy that I was able to get the care that I needed without leaving my home and was back to watching the finale of Ozark minutes after they left. They rock! The bonus to going here is that if you need any prescriptions, the nurse practitioner can call it into the pharmacy and you can be on your way home quickly without an additional stop. Given that this is a walk-in clinic, it's not quite as personal as seeing your PCP, but it sure is convenient!
