Had people talk about shooting other people in the hall way. Not a professional atmosphere. Really disappointing end to my leasing experience. I had negotiated an extremely short term lease…read morewhile I worked temporarily in AZ. The figures were in email between I and one of the area managers and there were no additional junk fees. After leaving the office (as I'd previously disclosed), I received two additional invoices for services not received/exchanged, including a termination fee for the lease. Small system glitches happen, so I wasn't deeply upset. I just emailed and asked for a refund from both the local office and the area manager -- twice. After receiving no response, I had to call in (and sit on hold for extended waits) to get this corrected through the corporate number. I understand Regus is a large company. I understand they were able to accommodate a short stay (but then again, that's kind of their "thing"). The service I experienced AFTER being a Regus tenant, was absoultely awful. And, to be fair, while I was a tenant (and, leading up to it) was actually pretty positive. Unfortunately the exit was just terrible. There are a lot of great options for small offices - both for extended and short stays. I would seriously consider those before choosing to lease from Regus. I know I will in the future.

2/28/26: it was disappointing eating lunch at The Farm. Years ago we had eaten at Quiessence and…read morehad a lovely time. Wanting to try another of their restaurants before the ungodly heat arrived, we decided to stop in for lunch. Parking: can be a bit nerve wracking, especially parking in the dirt lots east of the place. You have to walk across 32nd St & if you know Phoenix drivers, this can be dangerous. There is a pedestrian light now, though, so that helps -- but oddly enough, there's no "walk" signage. It's merely a blinking yellow light for north- sound-bound traffic so you have to pray to the universe drivers are paying attention & actually stop for you. Ordering: a bit odd. The main door we went in was more the middle door that didn't really take you to the beginning. There's a drink station then the food station. We skedaddled to the right of the main doors for the drink order, only to discover there's another door that people walk through to place orders. So we joggled w/ another customer trying to figure out who was there first. It honestly felt like a school cafeteria, a bit chaotic, as well as cramped. The patio was pretty large & well shaded, but it was also full -- and this particular day also the ONLY SHADE. We were left to sit at one of their many tables on the grounds with no shade. Food: not worth the $77 we paid. I get it's a working farm, & though we try to support local as much as possible, the food we ordered was not good enough that we will stop by again. The strawberry fields salad was a typical salad, no wow factor there. The Italian sammy was dry. There was a minuscule amount of some kind of dressing on it, but def not enough. Dessert: red velvet whoopie pie was so overpriced it's not funny. If it tasted great, I wouldn't complain...it did not taste great. The pecan pie was abysmal; not enough filling and very bland. Two "specialty" drinks, a salad, a sandwich, & two small desserts, for $77? No, sorry, not again.
