This place is a gem! I can't believe I've waited so long to physically enter the shop! The staff are just as friendly inside as they are at the drive through! The inside decor is welcoming and comfy and it's a great place to sit and catch up with friends, have little meetings and catch up with a bottle of wine and your girls! They sell wonderful locally made goods that are adorbs (candles, ant's, towels, hats, and little trinkets)!! The Mexican Frappe in a hot version was amazing and I can't wait to go back - so yes, they're flexible with the menu and the menu is vast! They serve food for breaky and lunch! I truly look forward to returning! I loved it so much that my family sent me a gift card! Absolutely delicious, homemade, healthy & fresh food in a delightful space with indoor & outdoor seating, plus a drive thru window to boot! For our family if vegetarians, they subbed avocado for the BLT paninis, one had the grilled cheese panini, & another had the seasonal margherita flatbread. Paninis come with optional sides & we all loved their tasty hummus & veggies. The staff could not be nicer nor more diligent. Drip coffee was great & we had to buy one of their cinnamon buns slathered in rich cream cheese frosting to go. We were also able to buy a gorgeous bouquet of the most lovely flowers to bring to friends we're visiting today. Menu options for every taste plus smoothies, drinks, & a chill atmosphere. Wow! What a neat little place with some excellent people! We stopped on our way through town and needed a warm up in the chilly snow. I got a chai latte with espresso, and it was so good. It was like gingerbread, so flavorful without a super sweet taste. My daughter loved her caramel latte, and my husband loved his extra shot mocha. He said it was "nice", which is high praise for him. We left Boise on our way to sisters Oregon and were in desperate need of a good espresso! We noticed this place driving by and decided to stop. Wow! This was one of the best americanos I've ever had. No joke! If I lived in Vale, or close, I'd be here daily. The two young ladies that helped us were super friendly and prompt. If this was in a more populated area they would undoubtedly be very busy but Vale only has about 1200 people. If you are driving through Vale I would highly advise you to stop here! read more

Stopped by here on a fluke while driving from Stanley Idaho to Bend Oregon. Really super cute place with great beverages, cozy seating, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. My husband had a latte and I had an ice blended mocha... both excellent. read more

Perk really IS a community gathering place. A knitting group knits, fiddlers and guitarists jam, locals hang out to play Yahtzee. The coffee drinks are big city quality as are the smoothies. Love this place! read more

I don't know if this location is severely understaffed or it's just that they don't train their employees properly. Is this for the location in Vale Oregon. I can say that I have already learned to never bother trying to call in and order because they don't pick up the phone. Which leaves you to go into the location or the drive-thru and try to get them to serve you in a prompt manner. What I got today was 20 minute wait for an everything bagel sandwich that was burnt to the point it became a cracker, one slice of avocado per side of bagel, and one piece of bacon that was apparently split in half for my bagel sandwich which I paid $1.50 extra for apparently. By the time I got that sandwich you would think that I would at least get something hot 20 minutes of waiting with all that burning going on but all I got was a cold sandwich that cheese was sticky and gummy from being melted then cooled off again and those eggs were so cold and leathery it was truly inedible. This is not my first bad experience at that location and I understand they get busy. And while I don't think the loss of my business will impact them very often because I don't go very often, I absolutely will never go back no matter what. I have always been disappointed and I don't know why I expected today to be any better, but it was absolutely the worst. read more
