I've received flowers from the Perkasie Florist for my birthday, anniversary, when I was ill and every time I have been in awe of just how absolutely gorgeous the bouquets are but, more importantly, they last! And, the flowers open as they are meant to open and not die! The roses smell like roses should (something that sadly you just don't find these days) and they are HUGE as well! Heavenly! A bouquet was ordered to be delivered to a hospital patient and a family member took a photo of the arrangement and sent it to us to thank us. However, we felt disappointed by how small it looked and what seemed to be more inexpensive flowers than what was in the arrangement I had ordered, even though I understand substitutions have to be made depending on what a florist has in stock. Most of the flowers used were similar in color and the arrangement looked fairly unimaginative and smaller than I'd imagined it would be compared to a website photo. For $70-plus which included delivery fee and tax, I would have hoped for a more lovely arrangement using varied-colors and flowers; fortunately, for the patient, it was the thought that counted, but I would not use this florist in the future. read more

I understand that it's Valentine's Day and you have tons of orders and its very stressful, but do not be rude to your customers who are spending lots of money to get flowers from you! I am in another state and wanted to have my mom pick up flowers. I ordered them late last night and got a confirmation call at 7am this morning about how they ran out of roses in red but I was very nice and told them I understood because I ordered last minute. I said I also understood if pickup time had to be moved back due to my last minute order and they said no, come at 11am. My mom just showed up and they told her infront of the busy store, that she had no flowers. She was upset and called me, as I am at work and paid $40 for them to be ready by then. I had to take time away from my work day, to show them that she did have a pickup and once she went back in and showed them that I talked to someone on the phone this morning and my order, it magically appeared and they weren't nice about it but extremely rude. If you can't handle the stress of Valentine's Day as a florist, you shouldn't take more orders then you can handle. I am always disappointed in the picture she just sent me, sloppy and thrown together. read more
