When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. I highly recommend using Move4U the next time you need movers. Their pricing is very affordable and hiring them was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My back would never have survived this move and am very grateful for these guys!

One of the first crew put shelf holders in his bag from our bar shelving, and was not part of the second crew, so we can't unpack the bar. They never offered to bring them back to us. Told us to go buy them. They also gashed in the corner of one of the night stands and never told us, and now, when I try to call them, it goes directly to voice mail and they never call back. I paid cash so there was no recourse through a credit card company to dispute the charge. They picked up our furniture on July 11, 2026, held it for 2 nights in 2 trucks. The second truck was only about 1/4 filled. They were scheduled to deliver to our new address at 1 pm on Monday, July 13th, at 1 pm. They arrived an hour early and our closing wasn't complete until 12:30. All the boxes were packed by us, were colored coded and marked for every room. Many of the boxes were placed in the wrong rooms or left in the garage and we had to carry heavy boxes into the correct areas. One box of record albums was completely broken. Don't ever ever rely on them to move you! they are terrible! This battle is not over!

In March Dibble Moving & Storage Inc. came to move our items from one residence to another. There…read morewere 5 movers and I know now through the police that the mover Jason stole $100,000 worth of our items. After adding everything up that they stole from us it totaled $100,000 that we payed for these precious items. This doesn't even include along with that what they owe us for breaking every single piece of our fine china, and 85% of our everyday dishes and very meaningful wedding items. I made this enormous theft discovery 3 days later when I went to use my earPod pros and realized while looking at my find your phone screen under devices they were in Lombard where the company is located, one hour in a half away from us three days after the move. Why were they in Lombard? Simple answer because all of our items had been gone through by the movers and they were stolen by the movers. I know from the Detectives that the mover Jason was heavily involved in this theft. He steals these precious items from people and then sells them on apps like eBay and offer up and takes them to pawn shops. They metaphorically raped us of all our most valuable, memorable, and precious priceless items that can never be replaced. Memories that we will never get back, memories stolen from us, items with great sentimental attachment to them. The police Detectives got involved and went to Lombard and interviewed every one of the movers and Randy Dibble and caught them in lies. They found one mover Jason as guilty as sin and there is nothing that Randy can do to refute any of this. He knows that everything I am stating is true. Randy Dibble also doesn't do background checks on his employees, or doesn't care about his potential customers. I can't call these people human because what they did to us was simply inhumane. I found out that every mover that moved us has a police record. There prints are in These people and this company is human garbage. This case is so far from over and the Detectives are still very much involved in this. I know but I can't say what the police have in store for these guys if we don't get our things back. They said that returning our items is the only thing that is going to save them. If they don't return the stuff they stole from us I would be extremely nervous if I were any of them, especially Jason, because I know his fate and it's not pretty. The only way the Detectives told us that they would show mercy is if we got our things that they stole from us back. If they don't return the items they stole from us that would suck for them, especially Jason, crawling from underneath one rock to another having to hide for the rest of his life. If they don't give us our things back they are going to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The moral of the story is DO NOT USE DIBBLE MOVING & STORAGE!! You would be crazy to! I guarantee you that we are not the first people they have done this to. How else would I know what their police records say about them? The movers all have police records and are felons. Randy clearly doesn't care about his potential customers by allowing these types of people into other peoples homes. It ended up being a two day move with us and because we were in a car accident the next morning and couldn't be at the house when our items were unloaded into our shed where we told them to. Because of that they had all day to go through all our things, picking and choosing what they wanted to keep for themselves of ours. They took anything and everything they wanted of ours. They opened up boxes that we packed and taped ourselves. We found pried open, now broken, Jewlery boxes that were locked. They picked and chose what Jewlery they wanted. Instead of delivering all our things to inside our shed like they were supposed to they instead delivered our items right into their car and back to the moving van and back to their house or the rock they live under and belong under for the rest of their lives. We were personally violated in the worst way by a group of low life's. That is what Dibble Moving and Storage is. It is so worth your time and money to do your homework and hire a proven reputable company. I wouldn't want anybody to go through and still be going through what we are still going through. Our stuff was at the pawn shop the day they were moving us we found out from the Detectives. It was just common practice to these low life movers to steal from people. As the rest of the crew were loading in our stuff for what for some reason they thought they had the right to steal from us, one of the crew was at the pawn shop with our stuff. DIBBLE MOVING & STORAGE ARE THIEVES! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND A HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST COMPANY.
