In this case, when even the company's own staff doesn't have an answer, that should raise red flags to start with. The lady in the office couldn't resolve the issue. The sales people at Jarvis couldn't resolve the issue. I suggest you find someone else to do your electric work. They might be very good electricians, but customer service ALWAYS makes or breaks a company's reputation, hence my writing this review.
