The food was good. Really good and I will admit that. But the service is terrible that it makes the food terrible. For starters I will give them the benefit of the doubt. It was BOGO night and there was a large group of people who came in. But they left a table dirty for well over 30 minutes and do not even get me started about how they did not give us refills. There was a whole table of empty cups so we just refilled our drinks ourself because the people do anything but their jobs here. Also I was charged a whopping 18% for gratuity because we had over 10 people in our group. I understand that but 18% of my bill when all I ordered was 6 boneless wings and a lemonade on BOGO night?? Scheduled pick up for 11:20. Arrived at 11:20. No one came to register until 11:27. They gave a lot of pickups not ready - what's the point of scheduling a pick up. 11:47 and they just came out to tell me that they don't have an order for me. I ordered BWW's tonight since it was BOGO for their traditional wings. Besides 4 different style of wings, I also ordered cheese curds. I've only eaten at this location one other time, typically I eat in Marysville. This one is closer to my home though. I placed my order on the app. I arrived to the store 10 minutes early and figured I'd have to wait but my order was ready. Glad I didn't wait until closer to pick up time. While waiting for the hostess to bring my food up, someone came from the kitchen and walked around/messed around the register maskless I always love to get carrots & celery from BWW but don't do it at this location. Other locations buy carrots and cut them. This location just dumps some baby carrots out of a bag. Baby carrots don't taste as good as regular ones. The celery was discolored and looked like they had been frozen. They were so wet that by the time I got home, the bottom of the celery container had fallen apart. I didn't take a picture of the cheese curds because I ate some on my way home. They were good. Not even warm but they tasted okay. The wings though are the biggest disappointment. They are so dry and some of the drums only had meat on one side of the bone. And they're small. I ordered four sauces, only one was a dry rub but they were all dry like they were dry rub. The next time I'm wanting wings, and I'm driving to Sidney, I'll try one of the many other options. read more

So I went to Buffalo Wild Wings to give them another try. I ordered six traditional wings and a large order of fries to go. The pictures are what I came home with 6 tiny dried out flats and a handful of fries (supposed to be large basket). Note the size of the wing compared to the quarter. At $2 a wing, I hardly think this is any kind of value. I called and spoke to a manager and she told me they have no control over the size of the wings. But I find it funny that the place down the street has wings three times that size for $1.25 each. I knew there was a reason I stopped going there. So much for giving it another try! I would never recommend somebody waste their money on wings at that place cuz they are the pits!!! If you remember when they first opened up they had $0.10 wings and that's about the size of what these things are. Sorry, I can't post my pics. But one of the pictures I took a quarter and put it on top of one of the wings and the wing was only twice the size of the quarter in length. read more

Ordered a 20/20 wings online for pick up, a fries basket, a 20oz soda, and three $0.60 dips. The order requires you to choose up to 2 flavors for your wings, and up to 8 sides of ranch/celery/carrots. We decided to go with 8 ranches. I go to pickup my order, and as I'm approaching the main door, a "Masks required" sign is visible on the door. I walk my happy butt in with a mask only to see that out of all the staff and costumers, im the only person wearing a mask. I pick up my food, take it home, only to find out that my fountain Soda isn't in the bag. I reach for a paper bag of dipping sauces where only 7 out of my 13 ordered sauces are. At this point im getting very frustrated and disappointed with my order. I'm very unhappy with the food quality, I could only eat 8 of my dry traditional wings. And my 20 BBQ boneless "sauggy" wings were fed to the trash. BWW owes me a 20oz soda and 6 dipping sauces. Poor experience. Will not come back! read more

The memories here are wonderful and this is an above average B-Dubs. The prices are a bit too much for chicken wings that aren't as good as Fricker's down the road, but it's still pretty good. Service here is usually on it and they give me their wings in about 10-15 minutes, which is much faster than any Day-Cin location :( Everybody from my school goes here post game for some fun and food. This is a wonderful place for people who are in high school and college (actually, college people, I recommend Fricker's or your local bar). read more

We have tried to go several times post COVID abd most of the times end up leaving because service to even get a seat is so bad. We are traveling from Toronto to Florida and decided to have dinner here. My this review is not for the food, it is just for the environment. It is pretty busy place and dimmed lights which I believe is good. However, there is a horrible dirty cloth smell everywhere. I believe they are not cleaning their cleaning cloths often. It is really disgusting. I also went to the men's room and that was also horribly dirty. I couldn't even stand in there. Flush wasn't working properly and the ground was full of urine. I think they should pay attention to their cleaning and sanitary stuff. As I said this is my environment review while I wait for my food. I'll do another review after I have the food. ____ As Yelp does not allow me to add another review to the same restaurant, I am adding my food review here. The wing options are good. The Sidney location will use small scotch glasses for your mixed drinks or margaritas, and then charge you double the price of a tall beer for it. This has happened the last 4 times I've been there. The amount of drink you get doesn't feel like it adds up to the cost. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews but I also want to warn people before they go to this place. I love Buffalo wild wings but this location is beyond help. You're better off just hitting a McDonald's. If you do decide to order carry out make sure that your order is in the bag. I have ordered from this place four times and three of those times my order was completely wrong.... I ordered the 20 20 bundle and I get there pick the food up everything is good. Then I get home and look in the bag and there is only two orders of six wings and last time they completely forgot the second set of wings and fries it's so frustrating. When I call back they tell me that I only paid for the six wings. Which is bull crap because my order came to $40 and the only things that were added on was a pop and cheese curds. I have no clue why they cannot just write down a order right. Sydney's McDonald's has gotten my order right every time I've been and it's mostly kids working dealing with a lot more orders than this place. They just need to stop hiring people that cannot perform the job and stop doubling down and blaming the customer, admit when you're wrong. So they either got my order wrong or charged me for food they did not give me! Either way don't treat me like I'm an inconvenience when I call you so I can go back out and wait to pick up my original order!! OK my rant is over now.... read more

This restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food. I didn't want fries so I ordered coleslaw. The waitress failed to tell me there was a dollar up charge. If that were the case considering how bad the coleslaw was I would have gotten the fries and not eaten them. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. I have had better at McDonalds. I went for lunch today, the food was as expected-delicious and convenient for the price. The service was especially great. I'm disappointed that other people were unhappy with their experience. I mean, when it gets busy, other people need to be taken care of too, not just ourselves. I used to have pretty decent experiences here but the last time I ordered carry out I was extremely irked. So I ordered online using the Buffalo Wild Wings website, me and my mom always use the website to order our carry out and the user interface is always pretty simple to use and easy. I ordered the black bean burger and my mom got a chicken wrap and some fried pickles. When finally it came time to pick up my order the girl handed me our bag and our bill the bill was strangely cheap I thought. Usually it's about thirty bucks for all of our food but this time it was about fifteen. That's odd I thought. So when I got to the car I looked at the receipt and the veggie burger had been deleted off of the bill because it was "unavailable". This made me extremely upset, not because it was unavailable but because they knew that it was and did not call me and ask if I wanted something instead. The woman at the counter didn't even mention that the sandwich was unavailable and I didn't find out until I was getting ready to drive away! If they would've told me that my item was unavailable I wouldn't have been upset I just would've ordered something else instead. I recommend calling in your order if you are going to order that way they have to tell you if your item is available or not before it's too late and you go home missing a meal. read more

Well where do I start. We out for a night of fun with the hubby and co-workers. We had a drink while waiting on a table in the bar. We got our table and then about 10 mins later the waitress finally cleaned half the table. (WHAT EVER). Took our order and we waited. Took for ever to get more drinks. My second drink was basically all juice. Had to have the manager make me another like he did the first time. The waitress asked if the drink was better. She told me that she told the manager if I wasn't such a lush. I had 1 drink. It took over 45 mins for our food to come out and it was cold. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WHERE DONE. Four stars might be a little generous, but I'm hungry at the moment so my standards are down a bit. I've got to say it's pretty consistently good. I do like the sauces. I'm a boneless fan, because I find regular wings just to be too much work and mess for the meal (I really don't like messy fingers). Last time, it did kind of seem like my boneless wings were more crust than meat. I like them nice and crusty, but this was really too far. Tried the limited time salted caramel barbecue, which was ok. I wanted the Korean barbecue, but they were out. I hope I can get that before it's gone for good, but I don't know if I'll be back that soon. read more
