Stopped by during a recent visit (and an amazing meal across the street at Chiaro's Pizzeria!) and our short visit did not disappoint! I spoke to Suz to learn a bit more about the operation and the rotating taps. She was very knowledgeable on all the beers and happy to point out the above and beyond amenities that cater to guests of varying needs, including a sensory room and downstairs area with a sensory swing for relief. Overall it was a great time and the Sadie's Dandelion amber ale and Twisted Sister IPA were both solid! read more

A small brewery located in an old bank, this place caters to all. The employees are very kind and welcoming, with indoor, outdoor, and sensory friendly seating. The beer is great, especially the one with notes of lilac and with a sugar and honey rim. Somehow the beer pairs perfect with the sugar! They also often have food trucks, and once a month they have sticky buns which are absolutely delicious. read more

This place is so cool! You can tell it used to be a bank, but they really added their own touch to it, and coming in for the first time made me feel like it was the 100th time the way I was treated. The staff were very friendly, the beers were cheap and great. We did an outdoor 'flight' however be warned, a flight is four 12 oz pours. Safe to say we stayed a little longer to wear that off! We tried the IPA, cream ale, Belgian, and amber ale. All solid choices from a local brewery. It's great that they are right off the Perkiomen trail, we came up to the bar after a bike ride. Will definitely be back! They have some random bar snacks available for purchase, but the food truck outside had some tasty tator tots. read more

So I tried the granny's house and it was good. Nice spices. And the Belgian triple and wow. That is a great beer. Smooth and sweet. Great location too. My husband and I popped in as we were doing a tour of the area. The brewery is located in an old band and they've repurposed a lot of items from the bank, including the file cabinets and the vault to name a couple. We saddled up at the bar and the bartenders were incredibly friendly and explained why masks were still required even for vaccinated customers. The owners have adult sons who work there and are immune compromised along with autistic. They are not able to get vaccinated at this time so ask in order to protect them to mask up when you're not seated. No problems here! Great beers, they rotate frequently from what I understand. It was the weekend so a food truck was there, but you're welcomed to BYO food as well or order from one of many local places nearby. We'll definitely return at some point. read more

I am leaving 2 stars because I don't like to be overcharged. We drove by their curbside stand and asked for 2 growlers of beer (cost of each $24) and sodas for kids (cost unknown to me but looks like it is $2.50 or something like that per can based on the total provided). Seller told me that my total is $55 and when I gave him my credit card asked if I want to leave a tip. I said yes, $5. He did not give us a printed receipt. Which is usually Ok. But I should have asked for one. Next day I've got the invoice emailed to me from which I learned that they charged us $73 not $60 as I expected. When I contacted vendor they gave me 10% discount which I didn't ask for and it lowered total to $68. It is still over the total provided verbally plus tip. Conclusion- buying anything there always ask for a receipt otherwise you can get unpleasant surprise. read more

The craft brewery scene has finally hit the sleepy Green Lane/Perkiomen Valley area. The brewery is located in a former bank. There is no food available but there are several restaurants nearby that will deliver and you can bring your own food. Based on the layout, I don't think the brewery will be able to expand to have a full menu. The layout is geared towards families with a place for kids to play and a television set-up with videos. I don't remember a TV at the bar to watch sports. My friend and I sampled the 9 beers that were on tap. Everything was good but we highly recommend everyone to try Shagbark Old English Ale. It has a unique taste that you will love (like us) or one sip and you are done. But you definitely need to try it. read more

Glad to have a local brewery so close to my house! I've been eagerly waiting for them to open and they have exceeded my expectations. I wasn't quite sure how they would make the old bank building into a brewpub but it is welcoming and well laid out. There is an area for the kids and tables where you can sit and eat food you buy at the food truck or elsewhere. Now the beer. The Cali IPA is excellent, especially if you do not want an overhopped ale. The dandelion Amber has a good flavor and the PVB porter is good if you like a dark beer. I wasn't thrilled with the smash ale, had a bit of a bitter finish, but I heard others who liked it. Wishing them the best going forward and we will be regularly coming in. read more

This is my favorite place to go! Besides having GREAT beer (my favorite being the dandelion beer), this brewery is so welcoming and cozy! My husband and I bring our son with us every visit because there is a fun, educational sensory room that he loves to explore in. He also loves the chalkboard!
