My friend's cake was light, airy and spongy. So delicious! She was kind enough to let me taste it and I loved it even though I'm not a huge cake person. She also thought it was fantastic. She enjoyed her bubble tea as well. It came in a thick plastic cup with a snap on cover for the straw hole, so it too could easily be reused.
