This new little coffee shop is great! I checked it out the other day before their Grand Opening next week. The space inside is very roomy with places to sit and work on your computer. The menu is mostly drinks of all different kinds. I appreciate that since I am not a big coffee person. I ordered an iced chai latte and it was great! They had muffins, scones, and I heard about their cheesecake bites too. With all of the new spots opening up this summer, this one might be my new remote work spot. I love how bright it is in there with the windows and they have a cozy spot by a fireplace too. I can't wait for their official grand opening and will definitely be back.

My wife and I attended the event. The shop is a nice size with a pleasant atmosphere. We were served 4 different ice coffees to try. The owners were pleasant and excited about their shop and various drinks. The tastes were all good. I enjoyed the sampling and think they will be successful.

This coffee shop has been much anticipated and it's worth the wait! Today was my first time there and I will definitely be back and am already planning to have my next yarn meetup there. The coffee is delicious! They plan on adding gluten free baked goods in the future and currently offer some muffins, cookies and pastries from a local bakery. I'm wishing this locally owned small business the best of success - they already sold out two days in a row! It's a great spot that was really needed in this area - stop by and get a coffee, tea, smoothie or a steamer - this coffee snob thinks you'll love it!

Super cute place. I got the red otter coffee and a black and white cookie. Both were delicious! I also scored the cutest Otter coffee cup earrings (made by one of their employees). Very cute vibe and super friendly staff!

The vibe is cozy but elevated: natural light, warm tones, the kind of space where you can journal, edit photos, or have a soft life catch-up with a friend. Let's talk orders: Rose Matcha -- This is the drink. Lightly floral, perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and somehow both calming and energizing. It feels grounding without being gimmicky. I may have even gotten my boyfriend hooked to matcha off of this drink alone Cupid's Latte -- Seasonal but unforgettable. It's sweet without being cloying and tastes like a cozy little love letter in a cup. The kind of drink that makes you romanticize your entire day. Sausage, Egg & Cheese Breakkie Sandwich -- Absolute classic done right. The sausage is flavorful, the egg is cooked perfectly, and everything melts together in that satisfying, messy-in-the-best-way breakfast sandwich experience. It hits every time. Chocolate Muffins (and baked goods in general) -- Soft, rich, bakery-level good. Not dry. Not overly sweet. Just the right indulgence to pair with coffee while pretending you're being productive. What I love most is that nothing feels mass-produced. It feels intentional. The staff is always kind and efficient, even when it's busy, and the quality is consistent. Jam Parkside isn't just a coffee shop, it's a ritual. A reset button. A soft, delicious pause in the middle of a chaotic week. If you see me there with a rose matcha and a breakfast sandwich, mind your business. I'm thriving

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Stopped in here to kill time before an appointment after seeing the high ratings, but unfortunately…read morethe experience didn't live up to them. Most of my rating is based on the service. Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

I was thrilled to finally make to it Cafe Bewilderment for lunch yesterday. First and foremost, the Monocle Building itself is stunning with immaculate vibes. Once we found Cafe Bewilderment, I was, in fact, bewildered. It's beautiful, it's wild, and it's a place I already know I'll want to return to again and again. The setup is simple: order at the counter, grab your table marker (a very tiny tree stump - how fun is that?), and your food is brought out to you. All of the employees were friendly and the gentleman at the register helped me decide between the Lox Sandwich and the Hot Honey Burrata. He recommended the lox so I went with that. The Lox Sandwich was more of a lox toast than a sandwich, but whatever it was delicious and surprisingly filling. My mom ordered the Bewild BLT and ended up taking half of it home, so I'd say hers was also filling. To drink, I ordered a hot latte with lavender and cardamom. It was so, so good, and the presentation was chef's kiss. Honestly, though, the decor is mesmerizing. Everywhere you look there's something interesting to admire - even the bathroom. I really, really, really want to come back to try more of the menu as well as their cocktails. Something tells me Cafe Bewilderment is just as magical in the evening as it is during the day!!!

Great addition to Hertel.
