Attentive service as one would expect. However, the level of compassion and service we received last week when we came in to euthanize our family's cat, Holly, exceeded expectations. (note to the reader: this was a scheduled visit, not a random walk-in... that would be weird). Dr Marty was exceptionally thoughtful and articulate when explaining the process of euthanasia to my family - which included our 12-year-old daughter (it was ultimately her cat). Today, we received a handwritten note in the mail expressing heartfelt condolences, written and signed by Dr Marty himself, and signed by his staff. How kind, how thoughtful. Thank you so much, Dr Marty and team. Your care and attention given to our family, and Holly was greatly appreciated.

I can say with all honesty, that this is one of the best clinics I have ever brought a pet to. Whether it has been for routine vaccinations, a sick pet, or purchasing speciality food for a pet with allergies, they are always friendly and helpful. You get the feeling that they truly CARE about animals and making things easy on them. I, sadly, had to put a beloved pet down who was very ill, earlier this year. They treated both me and my fur-baby with compassion and respect. They even carried my dog in the clinic for me as he couldn't walk and he was too heavy for me to carry. I really appreciated their care -- giving me time and explaining everything along the way. I even got a follow up and a card in the mail a week after. Truly a great vet. Would highly recommend them.

Dr. Cheyenne and Dr. Wendy are both knowledgable, thorough, thoughtful and compassionate. We've been seeing Dr. Wendy since roughly 2009, and although I'm generally an anxious individual, I can say with absolutely certainty that you can rest easy knowing you're in the best hands. She will put your pet's needs before anything else, including monetary gain. They're irreplaceable, and I'll miss them while I'm gone. With doubt we'll be back upon our return.

First, I was told he'll be put in a structure program for free then the week after he is being too much and I should enroll him in their training program for $73 a day. The manager I spoke to said if I brought my pup for daycare they'll just keep him in a private kennel the whole day. I think the daycare should have a right to remove disruptive dogs but it's not fair the way they are giving me the choice either expensive training enrollment or get the private kennel. I paid for the daycare package, I should be able to get a refund at least on the remaining unused days. There has been no response to my email request for a refund, that ruined my experience. The daycare itself isn't bad, great hours and camera access, the staff was nice as well. Update: still never received any emails/calls from the manager Jeff that everyone keep directing me to reach but I was able to get a refund by going in person. Lots of respect to the owner Linda reaching out to understand what went wrong and try to fix things.

He spends the whole day playing with the other dogs and goes on the pack walk. The staff are always excited to see our puppy and handle his energy very well. They have a lot of good training recommendations and you can tell they are true dog lovers. We work downtown and the location is very convenient. The facility they have is very nice - I love the window by the front desk so you can see all the dogs when you come to pick up your dog. They are also pretty active on Instagram so you can see how things are going during the day or if they do any event photoshoots! (Halloween and thanksgiving photos were so adorable).

The front desk employees and groomer were lovely and welcoming, but the haircut for my little Pomeranian was done so poorly and unevenly. It is definitely the worst one I've seen since owning my dog for 3.5 years. At drop off, the groomer did ask how to cut his fur and I showed her photos of previous haircuts. It's been a few weeks since and the choppiness and unevenness has grown out to be even worst now. Everyone that has visited us lately has commented on how bad the haircut is. I do have a difficult dog to groom as he is extra fluffy with two layers of fur, but I did expect a better job especially at the high price. It was our first time so we used the 25% discount on Yelp, and the discounted price was still more than what we pay at other places. $84 before discount and $63 net. I usually pay around $60 before tip. Wouldn't return and I'm quite surprised at the end result. Maybe this is meant to be more of a daycare only type of location? I can't comment on the daycare services given the positive reviews on here however.
