For a small job Jeff went above and beyond to find the problem and fix it then submitted it to Evinrude for the warranty claim. All this and I didn't even buy the motor from him originally. This is a business with very high integrity. A breath of fresh air after seeing what the competition does.

As required we scheduled an appointment to try on life jackets. They didn't have a mirror to see how the life jackets looked on us. The salesperson blamed it on the Pandemic. We also planned to look at kayaks, but, after the experience with life jackets, we changed our minds. Here is a sample comment from the salesperson, "Unless you want to get run over by a boat I wouldn't recommend a grey life jacket." Really? Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.

These guys completely repaired and refurbished my 1999 Lund Alaskan 18 SS and gave it another 20…read moreyears worth of life. They rebuilt the entire front bow compartment and provided a hatch door and rod holders for trolling. I was then able to refit the entire front deck with new cleats and new lighting. They added new cleats at the gunnels both fore and aft and provided reinforcement plates. Finally, some hull repairs fixed a leak which appear to be unique to this particular craft. Their depth of knowledge and creativity shows in the results. Fair pricing for excellent work. I can't recommend them highly enough to repair or refurbish anything that floats.

The locale is a well kept secret with the exception of Crane's beach. At the same time, they require a firm and complete knowledge of basic sailing and safety. The conditions for sailing and boating are excellent. The setting is beautiful and the sunsets every night are picturesque. The youth sailing program is the absolute best in New England. I have put three of my four kids through it. The fourth will be old enough to enter it next year. The sailing is in the ocean and participants should be comfortable swimming. All of my kids that have gone through the program have all greatly matured and had loads and loads of fun. Notably, after learning at IPYC, they can sail ANYWHERE!! The wait list is worth getting on. In the meantime if you have kids - sign them up for the youth sailing program.

What a fantastic way to see the Rockport area, explore the shoreline and hear some area history. We were able to dock on Straitsmouth island and climb up the lighthouse which was a welcome surprise for our family. I highly recommend the tour. You must be comfortable in water, but kayaking is fairly easy to pickup. My 14 year olds who have very little experience had a blast with no issues navigating the water. We never felt worried about our safety as Dan was vigilant with our group's well being.

All of the accommodations at the hotels and B&B's in Ireland and Scotland were first class and the food served at the breakfasts and dinners was delicious. Once again, Olde Ipswich not only met our expectations but exceeded them! Our hotels were all wonderful with superb breakfasts. The food in the restaurants was delicious!! Our local tour guides were excellent! In Ljubljana, Slovenia our guide suggested we go to Cacao for THE most decadent hot chocolate, it was served with a side of whipped cream.....how wonderful!! We have already signed up for our 3rd Olde Ipswich Tour!
