There is rarely anyone on site to serve customers, and they're surly and uncooperative when asked for help. They have damaged my vessel (and that of a friend) and refused to take responsibility. When I questioned a bill, the owner flew into a tirade, making personal threats. I will remove my vessel from this year as soon as the cover is off. You'd be crazy to store a boat there.

Like many businesses they have been using the "covid excuse" to cover for just not giving a care and they are in a location where they probably get plenty of business without needing to worry about their reputation or actually serving their customers. The latest episode is that they have decided to stop servicing moorings on the Merrimack river with the exception of the moorings they own themselves (and charge thousands for) leaving the town and their customers in a bit of a lurch. It's really sad to see this Marina go down hill and hopefully someone new will step up where this marina has dropped the mooring ball.

just placed a call to the parts department looking for a replacement part on a Yamaha motor and…read morecould NOT believe how rude the woman was! we were looking for a small replacement part and while giving the serial number she said she couldn't understand the part number. while trying to clarify the number she claimed the call took a bad "turn" and she didn't like the tone. not sure how long this person has been in the service industry but she needs some additional customer service training. we will be using Hudson's or Rockingham Motor Sports for any future needs. We have many friends in boating and they feel the same way- that's why they go elsewhere.
