I decided to go with him, and I'm so glad I did. Nathan communicated promptly and understood exactly what we needed. He and his coworker Leeland clearly knew their craft and did a fantastic job. They paid close attention to every detail, working carefully around the corners, closets, and especially the badly worn kitchen area. He was very accommodating of my preferences and super easy to work with. It can be stressful to have someone working in your home, but Andrew was easy to have around and respectful of our space. You can tell he truly cared about the quality of his paint job and the satisfaction of his customers. I'll admit I can be a little fussy about paint. I'm very happy with Andrew's work! He even explained why he liked certain products and their performance. We found his rates to be competitive, as well. Here's the real proof: We are planning on having him come back to paint another large room for us. I actually found him soliciting a job here on Yelp. He was very responsive through the entire communication process, and never left me hanging or wondering what was happening, from first contact to when he was arriving. You don't always get that, and it's important. His estimate was clear and professional. This is his own business and there is a definite pride of ownership, and customer care that comes with that. He came at appointed time. He and his co-worker were courteous, friendly and professional. They sanded and sealed the floor in a reasonable time. They came back next day for a second coat of sealer. Each day they cleaned up any mess they made. I had pulled up old carpet which left a gap between molding and floor. Dylan was going to install quarter round to fill in gap. It was obvious he did not think that would look good. When he was done with the job he wanted the room to look finished not half done. He took down old molding and installed new molding.
