Formerly known as Foundations Systems 360 - note, they rebranded in March 2025 according to their website. Rebranded? Bought out is probably the case. It looks like US Waterproofing (USW) is a big player in IL & IN.... I had a huge crack in my basement wall that leaked bad enough that sand started pooling at the base of the crack. I had 6 estimates from $750 - $32,000, which ranged from just filling the crack all the way to interior & exterior foundation drains. USW was a mid quote, but the most bang for your buck and they offered a military, teacher, or first responder discount. With USW I got the crack filled/repaired, an interior floor drain dug from the crack to my sump pump (complete with a 90 mil wall liner), and a new battery back up sump pump installed. Their quote was reasonable, but installation of a new sump pump was the kicker for me and why I went with USW. They got me on the books the next week and took about 5 hours to the complete the job. What they got right: 1. They wrote into my quote that all exposed carpet from the entry of the house to the job would be covered. And they did an excellent job of this. 2. The team that was sent over was professional, friendly and let me watch and ask questions throughout the whole process. 3. Although they put up plastic walls around the work area, they warn you the process can stir up lots of concrete dust that will get everywhere. 4. My salesperson kept an open communication with me via text throughout, and after, the whole process. What they got wrong: 1. The exhausting sales binder they are required to go through with you. It's a 4 inch binder! 2. Although the binder is HUGE, they don't represent the final product transparently enough. I was quoted an access port to clean out the drain, but it stuck up 2 inches out of the floor, and they location they chose for it would've messed up my laundry set up, so I had them remove it (they need a flush access port option!). Another example is they did not have a great picture of what the wall liner looks like, nor did they have a physical example on hand. The salespeople should carry an example of the wall liner with them. 3. The 'crew boss' shows up and just walks right into my house and down to the basement, without announcing or introducing himself. I did not appreciate this, whatsoever. #2 & 3 of what they got wrong is why I took off a star, all in all, I'm pleased with the final product and what I paid for it. read more

Lacks integrity, dishonest and untrustworthy Do yourself a favor and call another company. My experience with this company was very poor. Went through a difficult situation throughout a job. They turned their back, didn't take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I've heard from other dissatisfied customer's this isn't the first time nor the last ... You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it's built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it's a veteran owned company doesn't mean they inherently have these traits. I'd argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say. read more

Had a wonderful experience with them. Quick to give me an estimate and quick to schedule me for the work. They were detailed on explaining what they were going to do and how everything worked. Very pleased with how clean they left the place, how neat the work is, and how efficiently they did everything. Had them put in a new sump pit, and the trident waterproofing system. Time will tell how it holds up, but with a lifetime warranty I'm not worried. read more

Justin and his crew were amazing and I will highly recommend Foundation Solutions 360. From the start, Justin was incredibly polite and easy to communicate with. His team was respectful and efficient. They got the job done well and in the exact time they told us it would take. My basement was cleaned even more than I expected too. Once they started the job, it turned out there was an extra slab of cement under my basement floor that no one could have anticipated. Justin and the boys still knocked the job out with ease and the price remained the same. Some companies would charge extra or delay the work but not these guys. Excellent job. 10/10 read more

Foundation Solutions 360 is finishing our foundation work today. Jeff's crew has been AWESOME! Every step of the way he kept us informed and helped us understand the process. He found the drain tiles around the garage were completely clogged. After gently lifting the house and supporting it, we can now open windows easily, far less squeaking in the floors etc. Our house moved so much it tore the roof and cracked the plumbing in the house. Jeff did a great job cleaning up. It's a very disruptive process for sure. We are so happy we chose the right people to get it done for us. We love the warranty too. read more

I have water coming into my attached garage. I called Foundation Solutions 360 who holds themselves out as waterproofing experts. Salesman came out and without looking in the garage or doing any type of test, advised me that the outside wall of the garage needed to be waterproofed and the downspout nearest the garage needed to be extended underground. I gave a deposit for the work on June 4. Nearly a week after I was finally given a schedule for the work to be done, 5 weeks later. No urgency shown about my water problem. The work was completed as scheduled but the very next day after it rained water was in my garage just as before. Crew came out again and determined needed to add more waterproofing membrane to outside of wall. Still did not perform any test to see how water was coming into garage. Next time it rained, water again in garage. Another guy came out and for first time used my hose to spray water on driveway and determined that water was actually entering from under the garage door. Head of sales called me and said that someone would come out to speak to me about what we should do now. More than a week passed and no follow up. In the meantime, office called to collect payment of balance and I informed them that I had no intention of paying balance until the original water problem was taken care of. Weeks went by without communication from them. I finally called again and finally another sales guy comes and tells me that I need a grate drain at the bottom of driveway and they'll do it for "cost". I told him that they were supposed to be experts but didn't fix the problem and I should not have to spend thousands more for them to do what should have been done correctly in the first place. He then proceeded to tell me that I also needed new gutters. He said he'd send me a quote for the grate drain. A week later, I had not received quote so called again. He gave me an excuse that he misspelled my email address first time so sent a quote next day which included grate drain and gutters that I hadn't asked for. I sent him a rather harsh email saying "why would I hire you to do gutters when you didn't properly fix the original problem". I told him to send a revised quote for only the grate drain. Another week passed and still no revised quote. Called him and he said I must have missed his email containing the new quote somehow and he would send again. He sent the email two days later. I responded that almost 3 months had now passed since I paid the original deposit, the water problem is still not fixed, and that this company seems to see no urgency whatsoever in addressing this issue. My biggest issues with all of this is their extreme lack of urgency in their responses, that I've had to constantly follow up with them before I get any response at all, that they would quote gutter work I hadn't asked for, and try to tell me that they had sent emails to me when it was obvious that they had not. That was the final straw- telling me that they had sent emails that had not actually been sent. I finally sent an email and told them I did not want them to do any work at all at my house. I think the downspout extension they did has some value and I'm prepared to pay a reasonable amount for that work but have no intention of paying the full balance for waterproofing that did not solve the problem. I will never contact Foundation Solutions 360 again. read more

James from Foundation Solution 360 came out to my home to give me a quote on September 16. I was super impressed with his analysis, plan and suggestions. This part is a sound ***** rating. ....However, I have called Foundation Solutions 360 many, many times since September 16. Although I have left countless messages for James to call me back over and over again, he has not once responded since September 16. I would call this a MINUS ***** rating. I can only conclude that this company is so successful and busy that it lacks the time for common courtesy. Monday, October 4, 2021 James actually called me this morning and gave me his cell phone number. We plan to schedule an appointment as soon as the city inspector comes out to my property. I am hopeful that we can work together on a project I need at which point, I expect to be able to write an exemplary review of the work of Foundation Solutions 360. I spoke to the so called "owner" Joe, directly regarding fixing our basement cracks that are now leaking water down our walls. He seemed very inexperienced in his work and more concerned about money and pricing than giving any "Foundation Solutions" on what we should do, I HIGHLY recommend finding an experienced contractor when it comes to this type of work and not a liar that pretends to have years of knowledge. I caught him in a couple lies because we spoke to very experienced basement water proofing companies in the past and now, we finally have the funds to fix our issue. Due to the excess storms in the Detroit area during the summer I realized I had an ongoing leak in my basement. After discovering I had a crack in the foundation of my home, FS 360 was the 6th company I called. This clearly was a busy season however I was able to book an estimate within 10 days. Jesse came out, he was very professional and friendly. I appreciate his approach of listening and giving me options on how to solve the issue. He did not come off as a salesman which was nice. After purchasing our home in July 2018 we found out we had water issues in the basement that the sellers had not disclosed. We went back to them and they agreed to pay for the needed repairs. We hired Foundations Solutions 360 for the job. They sent out an inspector who quoted the job at $1000 with lifetime warranty. It took 3ish weeks to get scheduled for the work. Once the crew arrived they discovered that the job was not quoted correctly and that it should be a foundation repair and not a crack repair...which would be $200 more with no warranty. We had them repair it as they had already started the work and it had taken 3+weeks to get to this point. The next time it rained (3days after repair) we still had water coming in. I called and they sent a senior inspector out the next week. He assured me that since we were already paying customers we were top priority. He reviewed the repair stated that even the 2nd quoted repair was incorrect and it should have been a combination of foundation and landscaping to divert water away from the house. We had two options at this point: 1) partial refund ($400) since they had done a partial repair...2) pay another $1200 for a total of $2400 for them to do the necessary landscaping repairs. Now at this point the previous sellers had already reimbursed us the $1200 that the original job cost. FS360 told us to go back and ask for more as the repair was not complete. We tried, but no luck. We decided to go with the refund...which 2+ months to receive after texting and calling. Since they quoted it wrong and repaired it incorrectly we still have a water problem that should have been fully covered by the sellers had it been done correctly the first time. So as I sit in my basement on this rainy day playing with my 2yr old I can see water seeping into my basement. It's safe to say that I regret hiring Foundations Solutions 360 and would not recommend them to anyone. read more
